Took this while sick to help my recovery, and it felt like it worked- especially since I struggle with water intake. I felt hydrated.
It tasted decent for what it was, I would probably buy again. I recommend adding the powder first though to help with mixing. I also tried it hot, and thought that was nice too. I can’t remember whether you’re supposed to do that, but it helped dissolve the powder better, not surprisingly.

I really enjoy this product to stay hydrated as I live in a desert climate. I’ve tried the rainbow sherbet and the peach, and the rainbow is way better tasting imo. I love that it’s sugar free as well. I’ve repurchased now a few times.

I love that it is unsweetened but uses stevia. It is still a bit too sweet for me so I use half a packet. It helps keep me hydrated and helps when I feel fatigued. I love the variety of flavors.

I used one packet in a 20oz water bottle and the flavor was nice…very much like Rainbow Sherbet, although a tad bit salty… but not so salty that it distracts from the flavor. I think the flavor would be a bit too strong if I used a 16.9oz water bottle. That being said, I believe it’s more hydrating than plain water, and I say this because I constantly have dry & chapped lips, and I mean constantly… I use Burt’s Bee’s Chapstick so much that I have one in my desk drawer, one on my nightstand, one on the coffee table, one in the kitchen junk drawer, one in my purse, one on my treadmill, one on my desk at home, and even one on my keychain (for when I’m in the car and I don’t wanna dig around in my purse)! I can’t live without it…. on the same hand, I drink a ton of water, at least 2-32oz Beast cups a day if not more… and yet my lips are still very dry and chapped. After drinking one of these packets a day for only the past two days, my lips don’t feel as chapped! I don’t feel the need to use the Chapstick every hour… Maybe my body wasn’t absorbing the plain water the way it is absorbing the Liquid I.V.? I don’t know, but in any case, I feel like this helps my lips more than plain water and more than the Chapstick. I suppose the only way to know is to stop drinking it… Maybe I’ll experiment with that and update this review next week. 🙂

I love that they make sugar free options! The taste is overall very good! They have a slightly salty taste (which makes sense since that’s one of the electrolytes that it’s supposed to help replace, & I expected this). But I felt like I should mention it for those that are expecting a sweet flavor.
I love these for living in the desert, & for days that I exercise.

I ordered these packets because I drink a lot of water and sometimes I want flavored water. I get dehydrated easily when I’m out running errands so I always take a large tumbler with me in my SUV. I read reviews about this brand and I liked the flavor choices so I decided to order a box. These taste so good and I actually feel more alert when I add a packet to my water. The packets have a lot of powder in them so I don’t use an entire packet in my tumbler because it’s pretty intense. I use half a packet at a time. The powder dissolves well in the water without clumping if you stir it before drinking. So far this is my favorite flavor but I also got the White Peach flavor and haven’t tried it yet. I love the convenience of these packets so I can throw them in my purse and always have them on hand. I highly recommend these.

I got sucked in by all the adds for this product promising great taste along with all the health benefits. It tastes pretty much like any other hydration drink, so if you’re not a fan of Gatorade, know that this will not be any better – at least not in the flavor/palatability department.
