I got my labs done (blood drawn) and it showed the Creatine & BCAA’s in my system… which I only used Best Naturals for both (I bought the Creatine Tablets and these BCAA’s capsules). Best Naturals is legit and I see results far better than any other products I’ve used. Best Naturals BCAA’s help me cut weight.

The Best Naturals BCAA supplement has been a great addition to my fitness routine. Each serving packs 3200mg of high-quality amino acids, which really supports my recovery and energy levels after intense workouts. I appreciate the simple, clean formulation – no unnecessary fillers, just the essentials I need to keep going strong.
With 400 capsules in one bottle, this is definitely a fantastic value for the price, lasting a long time even with regular use. The capsules are also easy to swallow, and I haven’t experienced any aftertaste, which is a bonus!
The only reason I didn’t give it five stars is because I would love an option for a slightly smaller capsule size or fewer capsules per serving. But overall, this is an effective, reliable BCAA supplement that I would highly recommend to anyone looking to enhance their muscle recovery and endurance.

These are the most concentrated BCAA’s per capsule that can be found without a ridiculous markup. 13 capsules pre-pumping (I find 45mins ideal) will provide enough BCAA’s to use as a non-carb fuel source. The capsule size seems no different than any other supplement . Maybe not as small as a standard 500mg capsule, but hardly anywhere near “huge” capsules or softgels that are 1250-1500mg.
