I got this product for my teenage athlete son to hopefully help him grow a bit taller & help with his hydration and endurance during intense exercise. (He’s a football player) His height have been stagnant for over 6 months But within 3 weeks of taking this product he had grew half an inch! He never got any kind of upset stomach or negative side effects from taking this either. He takes it at night 30 minutes before going to sleep. And now we’ve started doing a dose 30 minutes before football camp and we noticed that he doesn’t dehydrate, fatigue or cramp the way he was before. I do recommend this product for athletes. I’ve got it on autoship. Also the consistency is much like powdered sugar and it dissolves very quickly and easily into water and the water turns back almost clear. We do about 4-5 oz of water with one scoop of powder and then we add a just a little bit of one of those flavored water packets to give it a good flavor. This works perfectly.

Aquí no hay mucho que decir, el producto parece ser original y quien conoce la marca sabe que compra un producto de buena calidad, el efecto es el esperado, ningún producto es milagroso, quien lo compre esperando un milagro, esta no es la vía.
Quienes usan por primera vez este o cualquier otro producto, deben empezar los primeros días con dosis bajas y observando si existe alguna reacción no deseada; recordemos que cada organismo reacciona distinto ante cualquier suplemento alimenticio, incluso, simplemente con cambiar de marca, aunque aparentemente sean lo mismo, puede existir una respuesta distinta de nuestro organismo.
Personalmente recomiendo este producto si se usa según las indicaciones de la etiqueta y sin esperar milagros.
El producto me llegó perfectamente sellado, las etiquetas del envase y su contenido en buen estado (como se puede apreciar en las fotos).
La fecha de vencimiento da tiempo suficiente para consumir la totalidad del producto.

Lockdown purchase. Received the package in sealed pack with sticker on lid mentioning the import details, manufactured date and expiry date at the bottom of the jar (look at the pics attached). The seal upon unscrewing the top lid was perfectly in place. The product supplied is genuine article. As for Muscletech glutamine itself the product is it offers good results in terms of recovery of muscle post workout as that is when I use it and offers good value for money. Go for it.

I do not know if this works or not. I do know, I don’t have any negative side effects from taken it. Maybe it’s working & if I stop taking it I’ll notice the difference…..if that makes sense!

I’ve been adding this to my protein powder for the last couple of weeks. It’s tasteless and I do feel that it does a better job of both fueling my workout and helping me to recover more quickly. Especially after some of my runs in the Texas heat.
