These are the most concentrated BCAA’s per capsule that can be found without a ridiculous markup. 13 capsules pre-pumping (I find 45mins ideal) will provide enough BCAA’s to use as a non-carb fuel source. The capsule size seems no different than any other supplement . Maybe not as small as a standard 500mg capsule, but hardly anywhere near “huge” capsules or softgels that are 1250-1500mg.
