    I used to take BCAA powder before this; the taste was not preferrable, and the powder was messy.

    I love that these are capsules, it is super convenient, and I take them with my other supplements. 250 Servings for this price is also an amazing deal; this answers all my needs for BCAA. Noticed a difference in my gains, take before and after workouts.

    Dissolves almost instantly, and absolutely zero flavor! I’ve struggled to find those two characteristics, until now. After choking down my last container of Creatine, and being forced to pour the scoop directly into my mouth, mix with a flavored drink, and barely getting it down without gagging, I finally found this. The last NEVER dissolved, regardless of what I mixed it with or how long I waited.
    In summary, this is the best, and the results are terrific, as well!

    I was experiencing a lot of soreness with a new workout I was trying so I decided to look up what could help with my recovery from working out I don’t mind a little soreness but as you get older it lasts a little longer ( muscle soreness) I read that taking BCAA’s might help so I ordered a bottle from amazon and the rest is history I have to say this definitely helps with muscle soreness and I feel a lot stronger give it a try I think you’ll be a impressed

    Tried it for over a month and I’ve noticed I have more energy than before with the same exercise routine and diet I’ve been doing. So far it seems to be working in enhancing my exercise performance. My only complaint is it has a strong feet or rotten milk smell when opening the container.
