I wasn’t expecting to love this thing – but now I’m not sure I can go a day without it. I actually use it multiple times a day and it has been my HOLY GRAIL for relieving neck pain from sitting all day staring at a computer screen. I’m serious, I tried everything – yoga, foam rollers, those hard rubber balls, peanut balls, that large back/neck roller with the raised foam bumps all over it, severalbmassage therapists – and yet no success until I got this headstand bench. Complete neck pain relief like magic.

I found it super easy to use. I’m a 28 year old female, 120-ish pounds, and the headstand part wasn’t hard at all for me. I had the whole thing assembled in 15 minutes and I was in a headstand on my first attempt. After two days, I discovered that the key to getting an amazing neck stretch is to keep breathing while you’re upside down (don’t hold your breath going up). That also helps to avoid feeling lightheaded afterwards (seems obvious now, but easy to forget in the moment when you’re upside down). My younger sister is 26 years old, about 110 lbs, and she really struggled to hold herself up in a headstand – so I guess the ease of use really just depends on the strength of your core. But once you strengthen your core enough to get yourself up, you’ll start to experience the benefits to your neck.

Oh and I personally think the curved shape of the wood is MUCH more ergonomic and practical when compared to the competition. The bench is super sturdy and very comfortable. I’d definitely buy again.

I’m not at all an athletic, well balanced, flexible individual. When I got it and tried it I was convinced there was NO WAY I was getting on this thing and wasted money. After a few tries using a wall for support to get myself up I was able to balance myself with out support. Once I got the balance down, I worked on jumping up into it instead of walking my way up the wall. After a few tries and committing to the hop up, I nailed it. I was completely shocked. I’m a big girl and it’s a lot of work for me to maintain but after having it just a couple weeks, I can see the change in my strength and ability and I just love it. It’s super sturdy and I feel safe using it. Also great to help me with squats. I have terrible knees. I’m sure I’ll find plenty more uses for it. Totally recommend.

I have a herniated disc which is impeding my fitness. I used to be a bodybuilder, so to be unable to do squats and other lifts that I enjoy because of the pain is really frustrating. I had hoped that by doing some yoga inversions I could not only strengthen my core, but use the inversions to reduce the pressure on the herniated disc. I think it has helped a lot to reduce my back pain some and to make doing core work a bit more fun in the process. I am enjoying using this. It was fairly easy to assemble (for my husband) and it is structurally sound. I only wish the curved place you put your hands was a little flatter for more control and I also wish the shoulder padding was a little thicker. But overall, I am glad I purchased this. It is significantly less expensive than the competition.

I absolutely love this! Not only has it been amazing for my back health and yoga I also use it as a seat for when I do my yoni steams. It is extremely durable and a great value for your money, I highly recommend!

I love this handstand bench! I am on my (once again) weight loss journey and right at 200 lbs. I have not been active since COVID hit. I ordered this with the hope of someday getting my feet up for some handstand exercises. First evening those toes were pointed to the stars. I feel stable and can already do handstand movements to engage my core etc. I also use this to stretch my back prepping for doing a backbend one day.

Super easy to put together. 8 wood pegs and 6 bolts. Came with instructions for construction as well as movements on the bench itself.

Does not have the cushion to slide in and turn this into a seat. I find this to be a positive as I prefer it not be used for anything else.

Does not fold down and hide away. I keep it in my living room next to the tv. It helps remind me to use it. The white and wood add a little something so it is not an eye sore in my opinion. I live functionally more than design or magazine ready, although I would display this in a magazine as well. 🙂

The legs curve outward and extend the base of this bench greatly. This increases the space it uses for storing, but feels like it is the reason why it is so stable. Although I have no other bench to compare to.

    I recomend 10/10.

This works beautifully and is very sturdy. The padding is very comfortable and there is no issue with stability. I will say that when I first put it together (and appreciated all tools were included) I believe I over tightened one screw, which made the chair not level. After I adjusted, the stool was perfectly stable and there was no issue. I am hoping this information may help others who are putting this together.

I received the shipment on time and it was fairly easy to assemble. It took less than 15 minutes. However, after assembling it, it wobbled. I appears as though one of the legs is shorter than the other as one side is an inch from touching the ground. I took it all apart and re-assembled with no change. The third time I took it apart, I put the two main legs together (without the cross bars) and they are in fact the same size. It appears as though the cross bar holes are in the wrong spot, therefore making it uneven and wobbly once it is all put together. I messaged Amazon as well as the seller and got no response. The seller has yet to acknowledge the issue and I am the proud owner of an inversion bench I cannot use.
