I wanted something to swap out my desk chair to help build some core strength so I got this yoga ball.
First off, the little pump it comes with works, but it also took me over 30 mins to inflate the ball. I still feel like it needs more air after sitting on it a few times and I wonder if that’s because its stretching and settling.
I like it and it is a thick rubber. Holds me well and its slippery so I don’t feel I’ll fall off at any point.
Has good bounce and would be a good exercise ball as well. It’s also a great price. Would recommend!
