The item itself is what is advertised, a free standing bag with a base that I filled with sand to keep it steady on the ground. It was easy to set up with all the tools included.

I may not be the heaviest hitter, but this bag is perfect for my training. I have a smooth concrete floor and without any weight in the base the suction cups hold in place very well. Easier to relocate than a hanging bag, and seems to be a solid bag.

It works as intended, my family loves working on it, overall quality is not bad, the foam is just thin you need a proper hand protection like hand wraps and better boxing gloves or you hurt your self and in my case where the floor is concrete the suction won’t work so I put 2 bags of sand or it will fall.

I ended up filling it with sand. Took a little time but it’s really grounded but still movable when I need to get it out of the way. The suction cups work good on the floor but beware of cheap flooring as it will lift it.

I used to attend cardio kickboxing classes in person. It was one of my favorite workouts ever. However, for convenience, I have been opting for more in home exercise routines. I had a small reflex bag that broke so I decided to upgrade to a larger bag. I came across this bag and so far it has been absolutely amazing. I have use it every single day since it arrived my husband had it assembled fairly quickly. I have found many kickboxing class YouTube videos that I use for guidance and it has been great. I regret not looking into a bag like this sooner. I hope that it stands up to the punches. It seems very sturdy and the suction cups help it stay in place while punching.

Bought for my 15-yr old son to hone his taekwondo skills at home. He assembled it all by himself. We chose sand for the base so that was a bit messy and time consuming but we scored a funnel that fit the hole perfectly. Really nice quality, he is very happy!
