  1. E. Smith

Love writing in my workout planner after a productive day of crushing my sets!

  2. E. Smith

I ordered this to hopefully help me keep track. Trying to get back into working out after turning 40 and a bout of depression. Super cute and fast shipping

  3. Casey&Emily

I love this journal. It allows you to write in exercise name. Reps as well as weight you’re lifting. Also can record how long your workout is. Makes it very easy for you to go back and see what you did on a particular exercise to see your progress. Would purchase again.

I absolutely love this workout log book. I love that it simplifies logging your reps and weight. This is my 5th log book and I use it daily. There is a page for goals and also a page to track your progress. It’s everything you need in a workout training diary.

When I ordered it I thought I might be disappointed in it. I got it in the mail today and I love it.

The book isn’t too big to carry, it’s organized, and straight forward. I like the simplicity of the whole book.

The only this I would change is the goal page. I wish it had a different page for goals. Such as setting long term and short term goals. I didn’t see the day count anywhere but there are 87 days to track which is a little over12 weeks.

Overall Im happy with the book and would recommend anyone beginner or advanced to get it to log workouts.

There isn’t anything which I can criticise about this little book. The first page has a section for training goals, and the last few pages make it possible to track progress – weight, body fat, measurements etc. In between are many clear, well designed and attractive pages.

This book has everything you need – with room for specific exercises, cardio types and notes (each day). A nice touch is the section for rest intervals and tempo.

I am very much looking forward to using this in my training. Yes, you can purchase various cheaper alternatives across the web BUT I have found these are not as sturdy, do not have enough room to track exercises, and the general quality is not as good as this workout log. The cover is sturdy and the pages are not flimsy.

Moving forwards, I would love to see a greater range of designs 🙂 It is clear that a great deal of time and effort has been spent planning this log, and I am glad to be supporting a small business.

I like the layout of this workout book. However, the spiral binding arrived squished making it hard to turn the pages. I recommend the supplier packages it better.

  8. kitiix

I have been using these books for about 18 months now. I like the pen and paper process as it means I dont need to be picking my phone up every 2 minutes or relying on wifi for an app. I can write as much “info” as needed. I can easily write down if i change an exercise. Just a simply all round logbook! 🙂

  10. estella mobley

Love the size but would be interested in an 8×11 spiral as well bc I noticed I could use a little more space in a few areas: exercise description, number of exercises I can list, maybe a page to list and track measurements. This is my first “gym journal” and it seems like it will work well.

  11. judith maurer

Great for tracking your progress. Beautiful journal

    lo que buscaba

  13. Amanda

Love the format and love the front cover. Just wish it was bigger….meaning the lines and boxes provided to write on are really small. I have to scrunch everything together and shrink my natural handwriting down just to fit information in legibly. Also, the fact that it was $14 and is tiny also came at a surprise. Guess I should have more carefully read the reviews.
