Great quality –
I wanted to stop using my phone during my workout and go back to the old school method, and this book is great for tracking your progress BUT before buying it I was already tracking my progress using my phone, so I wouldn’t say it’s indispensable, the quality is okay, nothing special, I’m sure that if I looked more on the internet I could find something for a lower price.
I recommend, and I would buy it again unless I find a cheaper one.

This notebook is so simple and I really love the layout. You can add your exercises, how many reps you did, + the weight for each so what more could you want! There is also a place for cardio tracking on each page as well as a small section for notes so you can jot down how you were feeling or what you ate to see what results in a better workout mindset. It’s small and fits into my drawstring bag which I appreciate!

I recently embarked on a quest to become a fitter, leaner, and meaner version of myself. Armed with the “Workout Planner for Daily Fitness Tracking & Goals Setting,” I entered the world of exercise, sweat, and self-improvement. Let me tell you, it was a journey filled with laughter, triumph, and a few unexpected surprises!
First off, let’s talk about the product itself. The “Workout Planner” is like your personal fitness guru, minus the six-pack abs and motivational speeches. It’s sleek, user-friendly, and it doesn’t judge you when you skip a day (or a week) of workouts. It’s like having a gym buddy who’s always there, ready to encourage you, without making fun of your gym shorts from the ’90s.
Now, onto the comedy aspect of this workout log. Whoever designed this thing must have had a wicked sense of humor! Each time I logged my workout, it felt like I was filling out a top-secret spy dossier. “Agent Shaun, reporting for sweat duty!” You get to input your reps, sets, and exercises as if you’re an Olympic athlete, even if your biggest achievement is lifting the remote during a Netflix binge.

THIS… Is the best workout Log I have ever used, I am currently on my 4th book and I can confidently tell you I could buy 5 more today! From tracking my progress to writing down my workouts to goal setting, this has turned into not only how I stay organized but also how I stay motivated and on track in the gym.
This Log comes with 100 days’ worth of logs, which in my experience last about 4-5 months depending on how many days off I take. It also allows me to go back and see what weight I was doing last time and historically as I keep these as a tracker which is nice! It also allows me to write notes down at the bottom so if for some reason I was performing less than ideal, injured or some occurrence happened I can notate it at the bottom which is nice right now as I am battling tendinitis flare-ups in my elbow – I can note it down at the bottom and write my thoughts on how it is changing my workouts and what works best in my current situation.
Why is this over an app or notes on your phone? There simply is no good reason, my lady tracks hers in her notes and that is nice but I really enjoy writing it down in my book in pen so I can’t back out or change my workout as it gets longer and more difficult. I think it takes the escape out of my workout where I either am scribbling out a pen and have to accept failure or push through.
I personally have used the book to push me through hard workouts, my coach will give me the workout and weight/reps/sets and I write them down in pen and have to do them. I find that if I write it down in my notes on my phone I am able to change the workout or lessen the weight but when it is there in pen I HAVE to do it. That is just my mind though!
I love this log, and I think that it might not be for everyone but It CAN BE if you want to get serious and be able to track your progress through the years! This is and always will be in my gym bag wherever I go because it is so well thought out and created. I implore you to take the leap and buy this book and see how hard and how far you can push yourself doing it. Expert or Beginner this is the perfect book/log!
