    Lavoro nel settore fitness da tempo, ho visto e provato così tante novità negli anni fine a sé stesse ed essenzialmente inutili, ma questa di certo non lo è. Se siete persone schematiche o che amano la cara vecchia carta e penna questo log fa per voi. Ogni pagina ha 10 caselle per gli esercizi, con 5 spazi per le reps e 5 per i carichi.
    Le parti che più ho amato di questo log sono quelle inerenti al peso, orario di inizio e fine allenamento e la spazio per le note. Ottima anche la sezione sul cardio. L’avere un quaderno dove segnare tutto dell’allenamento e poter vedere i progressi fatti di giorno in giorno, di settimana in settimana sono un piacere unico.
    Estremamente resistente, durevole e ben schematizzato. Se cercate un workout log questo è perfetto.

    Notizfeld dabei und auch sehr coole Optik.
    Liebs. Meins ist nun seit letzter Woche voll und bestelle jetzt gleich zwei nach.
    Für diejenigen die gerne noch oldschool mit Stift unterwegs sind und nicht mit den Handyapps tracken, absolut empfehlenswert .

    This is the easiest and best way I’ve found to track progress and see how long I’ve been on a specific training cycle. I have a gym at home but if you’re going to a commercial gym fill in your exercises before you go so that you’re not writing when you should be lifting.

    Got this because I was having trouble remembering weight I was using on machines. I love that it has a spot for cardio and strength training. The back has a couple blank pages to use for extra note space. The size was okay to walk around the gym with. Will probably be back for another once this is filled up.

    It does it’s job, but I would like some fixes before I give it a 5 out of 5 stars. Mostly;
    1. More exercises per workout page (nobody does 4 cardio exercises a day, we also don’t need a meassurment table on every workout page, just do that on like 2 pages in tabel format with a date. Would be so much better and leaves more room for additional exercises. These books are likely bought by people who are serious about training, so they actually do more then 10 exercises a day.

    2. A 2 page meassurement table. This would make tracking your meassurements a lot better, and expand the ammount of places you can meassure.

    3. Just a few pages, for example 4, where you can write your exercise schedule.

    Easy, old school pencil and paper. I love using this book, has all the info I need for my daily workouts all in a nice handy log. Just need one with double the pages because I am almost through this one!
