I ordered this for my wife. She works out almost every day and is looking for a way to track her progress that isn’t an app. This is the size of a standard day-planner/journal. The format is great, you have an area to track exercises, reps, and sets. And an area to track cardio. There is plenty of room for notes. My wife likes the color of the journal. This could make a great gift for the fitness fan in your life.
