I use gloves for biking and the gym, and I like gloves that are somewhat ventilated on top, especially for biking in hot weather to minimize my hands sweating in the gloves, but not many brands offer that. This set has a mesh for the top that provides some ventilation and works well. I also selected this pair due to the longer covering for the fingers, which makes a big difference for weight-lifting. My old gloves were like most where they cut off before my first knuckle, which could result in some callousing, especially with heavy workouts. But this pair is longer and has some extra padding on the two middle fingers, which is great. There are also tabs on the fingers to help pull the gloves off, which works well. For some reason, they didn’t include tabs on the thumbs, so they are still a little tough to pull off. My hands are not that big, but I still use a Large size, which fit well and arent too tight or too loose. I measured my hand like one site recommended and my palm size is 8 3/4 inches, which is just on the low side of a Large. Good idea to measure your palm to make sure you don’t get the wrong size. Looks like 8.5 inches was the high side for Mediums. I would think most women would be fine with a Medium versus a Small. A tad loose is better than too tight (to me, that is). I recommend these gloves!

I mostly got these gloves in the hopes of being able to use my phone, but also walk very pully dogs. We volunteer walking dogs at the shelter and their rope leashes can leave you with serious blisters if you are walking an excited, pent up, large dog; especially if it is multiple of them. This gives me padding around my fingers and has been really good at protecting my hands! Only once has it failed me, but that was kind of a freak accident. It is a shame that they are hand-wash only though, because they do get very dirty and I’m worried the padding will get destroyed in the wash/dryer. I did get a second pair though for actual work outs at the gym and they also work well for good grip.

I wish they padded all the fingers not just the 3 out of 5. I ordered a small and went with size chart and they fit perfect. I like the length so I ordered these instead of super cheap gloves but these feel like they could be cheaper because it’s not super padded. It will still work.

The gloves feel good and fit nice. However they fit small. I normally wear a Large but I think X-Large would have been better.

My hand circumference measured 8.4 which is about middle of the road for a large size. However, the gloves are so tight they cut off the blood flow in my fingers. Gloves are well made and nice quality. I am returning and ordering the next size up XL. Suggest if you are a male and have shorter and larger fingers, order the next size up.

I was getting really torn up hands and fingers for high rep barbell work. All other gloves don’t have long enough fingers so your fingers still get ripped up but these come up your fingers so protect the palm and fingers. Not good for kipping pull ups or anything involving pull up bar – too slippery. I like that the wrist straps are not wide so doesnt interfere with my watch.

These are great gloves in terms of comfort, breathabilty, fit, protection! The only downfall is the durability. I workout an average of 3 times per week for 70 minutes each workout (all weight training). After about 3 months the stitching starts to wear out and the seams begin separating. This is easily spot fixed with a couple of drops of super glue here and there. Then, after six months, the wear becomes too much to try repair. I still like these the best of any gloves I have tried as I currently have my third pair in my cart.

If I had to use one word to describe them, I would say ‘optimal’.
They arrived yesterday so I’ve only used them once so far.
When I first put them on they seemed to run small, but with the webbing on the back they stretch-to-size. The sung fit is a good thing as it enables a secure grip with a positive feel. I find with my other gloves they quickly, if not from the start, loosen up, causing some subtle slip so that I find myself expending some of my focus maintaining a secure grip rather than moving the weights. The padding on the palm is thick enough to provide adequate cushioning while not interfering with positioning the grip you want. This can be especially problematic with overly thick padding on the fingers where they interfere with a secure grip with the end of your fingers. The thin material and sung fit make them feel like second skin enabling dexterity. I do fairly heavy weights (eg. dumbbell bench press with 85lbs per hand) and they are fine, though I suppose a power lifter may find them lacking. The only question is how durable are they? I go through gloves pretty quickly anyway so as long as they last as long as others that will be find as they are only $18.

Absolutely perfect gloves. I had another pair with wrist wraps but they interfered with my fitness watch. These are great. The fingers cover all my sensitive spots without getting too hot. Any my calluses are gone! Happy lifting.
My only wish was they came in one size smaller.
