This journal is great for the beginner or the what the hell have I been putting in my face kind of person.
I would actually say that it is well made “sturdy construction”,
You have plenty of writing room.
It’s a really nice mid size.
( Not so small you can’t write in it and not so big you feel like you’re carrying around a 1900s accountant log book!)
Extremely cut and dry. If you’re looking for something to just log food and your fitness track without a bunch of hoopla, I highly recommend .

This is probably the best one I found so far. I got this for my wife but I’m a but jealous lol. You can track practically everything in here, from exercises, reps, sets,cardio, and even meals. It’s basically a compete fitness planner. Most I’ve seen take liberties here and there but this has everything I need. It’s great. Now I just have to get one for myself haha.

It is a bit flimsy. I should have looked through the sample pages before purchasing. Some of the questions are redundant. It also arrived after a 2 week wait.
