Great exercise hula hoop great for workouts. Cushion material to protect the impact as the products make contact to the skin. Great quality durable and easy to assemble. Easy to adjust to a small or larger size grade for full body workout upper lower mid range body. Light weight and functional while in use.

I initially purchased one that when I received it noticed box said for people 100 to 160 pounds. I’m 180 so I purchased this plus size hoop. Turned out the smaller one is the perfect size as is, so I wound up giving the plus size to a friend. It may take you a few tries to get the hang of it but give in a good spin, rock your body back and forth while gyrating your hips. You’ll work up a sweat and have fun doing it.

This hoop comes apart after a couple minutes of hooping. It’s not only frustrating but very disappointing. There were no instructions or anything else included with the product so it’s possible I wasn’t assembling it correctly. But the lack of any written instructions made me wonder if someone else prior to me returned it because it kept coming apart and Amazon just decided to send it out for the next fool to receive. It’s also possible the product is just of poor quality. Either way, I certainly wouldn’t recommend this hoop and will return the one I bought. It’s a shame because I was so excited about hooping.

At first glance it does seem cheaply made but I promise it does its job. I didn’t think the 3lbs would make much of a difference but I am SWEATING. I used to be a XC runner but due to age, stress, and PCOS I’ve gained a bit of weight especially in my thighs which has been causing chaffing which has prevented me from getting back into running due to the pain from the friction. I bought this as a beginner step to help me get my cardio in without having to do an exercise that will cause my thighs to rub together. I do think this will do the trick and will help me slim up enough so that I can get back to running though I do think the Hoop is earning its official long term place in my routine as it is fun and keeps the mind going since you are focusing on keeping it up. I would recommend this product to people looking for a calorie burner that is enjoyable.

from order date nicely boxed and well insulated and protected from the elements. The Weighted Hula Hoop is described as “Plus Size | 3.2lb Weight, 43in Diameter | Extra Large Hula Hoop for Adults Weight Loss | Easy to Spin, Soft Padding | Exercise Hoop for Beginners & Advanced Hoopers”. The assembly was easy, but may not be user friendly for those who may experience carpal tunnel syndrome or rheumatoid arthritis symptoms. Assembly took extra care due to the pin and twisting action required. But once snapped into position, the HULA-HOOP is set for action. The soft padding and metal inner-lining make for a rugged construction. With that said, there’s a learning curve for beginners or those whom are revisiting their childhood days. I started with barely 5 continuous revolutions on my first day, now I AM up to 300 with no dropping. Needless to say, HULA-HOOPING is extremely FUN and ENERGETIC. Between Hula-Yoga, Jump Roping and now Hula-Hooping I AM revisiting my youth unimaginably. Winter is quickly approaching, and dancing around the house with my HULA-HOOP will be next level engaging.
