What I dislike it looks cheap when you open it. What I love is the different size you can adjust. I did it for no more than three minutes and I was tired. What else I love my kids love it also I can adidas it so they can play with it. They think it a Hulu hope. The ball is a bit very have to be carefully not to hit someone while twirling

I bought this cause I kept seeing this on tiktok & things & was like, “I want to try this to see of it works”. So I bought it & was pleasantly surprised how lightweight the clips was, very easy & functional to use. Depending on where you place it one link can make a big difference in being too big or too small. As the weighted ball goes around & the sand or whatever is in it & if you are doing it correctly can be a little noisy I think, but since I focused so much on technique I can tone the sound out. I don’t know if I have to oil it or not but after 2 or 3 uses when I took the ball out it had some kind of white substance on it unsure of why but not a big ordeal. It glides around smoothly & a good build. I lost 2inch in my waist using every day for 20min a day.

Easy/fun work out. It does pinch slightly but I just put the belt where it will continue to ride. Or wear a thicker shirt and it’s fine. It only started pinching after I was doing it for a while. Slightly noisey but not terrible. Good quality. Overall not bad comfortably and easy to use

Got this for my sister and I for our workouts. It looked like something fun to try out. Very simple to put together even without instructions and easy to take apart. The belt that come with it makes sure the hoop does not move or slip from where you put it. It’s very noisy so if you’re looking for something quiet this ain’t it. Definitely worth the money though, great deal for all the pieces and you get a travel bag for it perfect for storage.

So the set up was super easy but the weight doesn’t have a smooth roll so it was constantly slowing itself down n stopping didn’t matter how hard you were going it doesn’t stay going it gets caught on the pieces moving. The plastic is thick and great strength would of been fun it worked !

Easy to put together, kind of loud to use definitely, should be used when your in a room by yourself and can turn up music or TV.
Seems mostly durable. I have had The links pop out twice. So hopefully it doesn’t keep happening
