So far so good, but I’ve only used it once. Easy on, easy to adjust, comfortable, fun. I’m not sure how long the wheels will hold up and that’s my only concern really. In the photos I thought there was a clear rubbery layer on the wheels, but I guess that picture was just meant to indicate motion as the wheels turn. After my first use (about 15 minutes of light use), the edges of the wheels had a light dusting of powder from the inside of the track.

I bought this product with the hope of using it daily, while watching tv or something. It fit well, (I’m a size 28-30 women’s and I had a few extra links.) It was fun to use, but difficult to keep it going without hopping from foot to foot(it needs a lot of momentum). Because of how I had to maneuver to keep the weight turning, a lot of strain was put on my hip joints, with minimal cardio. It feels more like a short game than a long exercise.

I’m quite heavy & have been bullied for my weight. The thought of having to leave my house & go out in public to exercise was overwhelming. My house is very small, so bringing exercise equipment in is not possible.
I ordered this and have used it almost everyday since. When I first started doing it, I could only go for a couple minutes. No I can go eleven or 12 minutes at a time & im working on extending my time.. This was a great purchase & im so happy i can start working on improving my health in the privacy of my home.
