There is no springs, just hard plastic that pokes in your waist. I will return it but note that you have to print a lable and drop it at UPS.

Sizing sucks, too loose or too tight. When it spins, it doesn’t glide well at all. Snags a lot. Just not good quality at all. Safe your money

I have only had this one day so cannot speak to it’s contribution to weight lose but I will update that later. It was very easy to put together, size to what I need and comfortable to use. The only bad thing so far is the noise. This thing is loud! It does not matter to me as much as it may to other people so I will be keeping it since I use it when I’m alone and can just turn up whatever I am doing. Do not purchase this thinking it is a product you can use around other people and not annoy them though.
