Keeps getting stuck on the track. Bought this to upgrade from hula hoop … seems I downgraded instead. Most likely will return.

This is the second one of these we’ve tried and this one is a far superior belt. The plastic is thick and strong. It has massage pads on the inside that feel nice when you’re exercising. The instructions say they’ve strengthened the buttons to keep it from coming apart but they’re still easy to push and adjust the links. The ball is attached to a plastic track that has 4 wheels to go around the circle. It turns much smoother than others. This also just feels nicer out of the box. The ball is soft and doesn’t hurt if it accidentally hits you.

I have tried to get this weighted hoop going, for more than a minute, and not yet succeeded. But I have not given up! And after this weekend I know it really can work. A while after Thanksgiving dinner, I brought this out for the family to try. It was great fun and created lots of laughs as they all did their best. Kids did pretty well, but the star of the night was our 40 year old son. He had that circle smokin! So I know it works like I see on the videos online! And this very fit man commented that he could feel that he had done something he wasn’t used to doing muscle wise. A good form of exercise. I will not give up, I like a challenge!
It offers easy waist size options. It spins quietly, and seems like it should last a long time.

Ive been trying to get fun exercise equipment that doesn’t seem like im trying to help my kid lose weight. He is still young enough that he still has baby fat but he is starting to get teased at school a little bit. If i can help him without ever saying the words lose weight then im going to try everything possible. This actually takes a bit more practice than I thought it would to use. He kinda got it but not really and he gave up pretty fast. Im going to have to use this myself enough to figure out the best way to help him get it. Ive read online about these type of machines being loud but this one is completely quite and priced better than many too. I will update this review if / when he gets better at it and what the results are.

This was a little difficult to learn how to do at first, but once you get the hang of it, it’s great! Definitely works the core/abs! It was easy to assemble, and I was so excited when I saw that it actually does have enough links to fit around me! It’s hard to find things like this that fit on a plus size woman but this actually gets big enough! I’m looking forward to using it and taking some links off over time!

I love this thing. It’s so easy to get it to fit just right. Each link is removable, by pressing the button and pulling apart.
I am having trouble figuring out how to get the thing going and keep it going. It is definitely going to take practice, after watching a few videos.

This was easy to assemble. It is a little difficult to remove links, however that is a good thing because you don’t want it coming apart while you are using it.
