This is a great exercise tool. I ordered this because I hate the gym, and it’s too cold to go out daily for walks. This can be used simply in my living room while blasting my music at my home entertainment center. It’s compact and could easily travel. Unfortunately the waits trainer or belt is too small. I would use it as a goal or just set it aside. If the friction is too much to bear I would invest in a plus sized waist belt. Overall I’m excited I finally chose to purchase this belt and I look forward to the fun workouts ahead!

I bought this for my granddaughter who absolutely loves it. She uses it all the time as a workout routine. I was able to put it together quite easily. The weight is just right and glides very nicely on this belt. It does make noise but not excessive. She loves it because it’s fun to use

The smart hoop is a friendly user and it comes with 32 links in total. The hoop is easy to put together and I like how thick the hoop is. The material is strong and it is comfortable to wear. Once you get the hoop going it is easy to get the exercise going. It is not quiet but I was not expecting either, you can easily get your workout while watching your favorite T.V. show or listening to music to make it go by fast. I have been doing it for five days 30/40 mins and lost a link already. My only complaint is the sweatband that came with it. I am a woman’s large (10) for reference and I swear the waistband I got is for a child. My 7-year-old who is a healthy and normal-sized child fits her perfectly. So I would recommend you invest in a different band(if you want to use a waistband) and not depend on the one that comes with this smart hoop. To remove the smart hoop, I recommend to gently bring the links throughs you and pull apart. It is easy to remove and store.

I ordered this because I left my “Infinity” brand infinity hoop at home and I’m out of town. It looked like it was sturdy and I liked the idea that I could get it in just a couple of days. When I received the item and went to try it out, the links just fell apart when I tried to do the exercise and I do know how to use it since I’ve had my real Infinity Hoop at home for awhile now. It was a good thing the weight didn’t go flying and break anything in the room. Very cheaply made, and the links do not stay together. Don’t waste your money on this product and buy the real “Infinity” brand infinity hoop which is sturdy and works wonderfully! I’m sending back for a refund.

I tried to share a video for the sound when using the hoop, but it gave an error, but my husband could hear it across the house. The belt it came with is only 42″, and the hoop is 65″. The velcro end is probably 2″ out of that 42, so I cannot use the belt. I didn’t want to have to return, but I find the skin at the waste gets irritated when the loops spins even over clothes. I’m assuming it’s due to the weighted ball. The loop itself holds true. If noise doesn’t bother you, and you have thick skin or some sort of belt lying around, this would work for you.

This was so much easier than I thought it would be. For reference, I’m 5’10” and 335#. If I can make this work, anybody can! I was never super good at hula hoop as a kid, but this is fantastic and fun. And it just keeps going! The momentum is pretty easy to keep up, but it IS a full body work out! Be warned, it will work your knees, too!

I am very happy with this product. It’s smooth running and not noisy at all. It’s low impact which is what I need due to back issues. Was easy to put together and I can do it whilst watching TV. I definitely recommend this product fou those wanting to get up off the couch a bit more. Very happy with it.
