    Nice quality and straight forward/east to use format.
    The only difference I’d like to see, also mentioned by others is instead of the measurement section it would be more useful as an open notes section.

    I tried some apps and a spreadsheet and all were a bust. This simple log is well-designed and simple and clear. Great simple font choices. There is plenty of room to write. The book is compact and easy to carry. The day-of-the week boxes at top of each page are a thoughtful touch. This book is the rare thing that fills my need exactly.

    This log was exactly what I was looking for. It is straightforward and is just a log for your workouts. Every other one I found had goals and food tracking, etc. and this is what I was looking for. I am very happy with my purchase and will buy again once I fill this one up. It is paper back but still sturdy enough for my needs.
