Saw on a video many ways to relieve neck pain, one way was to use a firm roller, lay on it with neck over end. Highly recommended getting a good firm roller. This one fits the bill perfectly. It is well made and correct length to support your spine. Would highly recommend the product no matter what use you in mind, because of the construction and quality
