Just started taking the product so don’t know about benefits yet, but it does have a pleasant taste which I was a little worried about because if it had tasted weird, I wouldn’t use it no matter how much it helped!

No where on the bottle does it say Leucine, Isoleucine, Valine, just 2:1:1 implying Leucine, Isoleucine, Valine so I’m skeptical but these are otherwise great- finally bcaa in a gummy that I can enjoy taking. Ordered another brand due to my skepticism but the other brand cost more, requires 8 gummies per serving and hasn’t arrived yet (slow shipping 😑). These ones taste good, not great but I personally don’t like peach flavor. These are way better than any bcaa drink mix I’ve ever had.

I noticed no difference with anything while taking these. I don’t think it has anything to do with the product itself, just that a lot of the supplements I have already include BCAA’s – So if anything I am probably taking too much. I like the taste, though, not at all bad. I also like that gummies are very convenient to consume, vs a powder supplement where you have to drink at least 8oz of water etc.. But because I am probably over doing the amino acids, I probably won’t be buying these again.

I like the taste of these and when I take them consistently I do feel my recovery is better than without it. My husband took them from me and now I have to buy it for the both of us, so I take that as they are good!!

These taste terrible I couldn’t even finish the bottle and ended up getting rid of it. Not a good purchase, not worth the price.
My brother doesn’t seem to mind the taste though so I guess it depends on preference
