Not too shabby. Works as advertised
Edit* outside of the roller portion separated from the plastic, I could feel it start moving but has completely come apart. Threw it in the trash, might be terrible to get a regular foam one. This one was a very hard and uncomfortable.

It’s a pretty solid foam roller. I thought the description said the foam was soft and it is not. Does have good modes for massage though.

This feels wonderful on my plantar fascia and vibrates out the tightness! My pain is greatly diminished with vibrating foam roller!

I have been using this vibrating form roller for two weeks (after my walk and before bedtime). So far, it helps to loosen up tight muscle and I noticed the different after using this roller daily. I turn on the vibration for area that I feel the muscle pain. This is almost perfect if the form roller is 2 inches longer and easier to roll while the vibration is on.

I’m a clinical massage therapist who works on more complicated cases so my body really goes thru the grinder. For a long time every so often I’d find myself waking up to upper back tightness and I even called off work once because of the discomfort. It’s a great value, it relieves pain really quick and the overall design of it is wonderful so that I don’t have to worry about the tightness anymore. The carry bag is a bonus!
