I received the treadmill in good condition. After assembly I notice the belt was steering to the left. I followed instructions to correct the issue however it still wasn’t cooperating. Had my husband take a look and after consideration, he decided to turn the bolts the opposite direction but still no luck. When we finally got the belt centered, it had been creased, frayed and torn in a few spots.
I emailed the company straight away with pictures to which they quickly responded (this was during Thanksgiving week). Long story short, they sent me a second treadmill free of charge and I didn’t even have to return the first.

The treadmill itself is wonderful. It’s compact and easy to move with the wheels and hydraulic system. The computer automatically cycles through the details for you and has a heart monitor. I haven’t used the various running programs yet as I’m a begginer but do look forward to those options when I’m ready.
Only downside to this treadmill is that the cup holders are not deep. The treadmill itself is pretty sturdy but sometimes my hand likes to knock the handle and the water bottle comes tumbling down. Definitely recommend choosing your water container wisely.

Ordered this because I liked the features for cost, Increased speed vs others, size, the handles and screen, hydraulic fold up feature for the price point. When I received the treadmill, it took a little brain power to get it set up. I bought the rubber mat also, itβs built in a way that is doesnβt rub against the mat. The only issue I had, which is similar to a few others is the belt. It would continue to lean/rub to the left. Customer Service was responsive & patient and remedied the situation for me to satisfaction. I think it will just need adjustments and service as does everything. Overall, great addition to my home gym to get my steps / movement in during all seasons.

I love this treadmill! Itβs the perfect size for me. I was worried it may not be sturdy enough but itβs absolutely sturdy and does everything I need it to do! I did not have any issues setting it up and it works beautifully. Itβs a very good product for the price and very good quality!

I purchased this treadmill because of its compact design, and it has truly delivered on that front. Itβs perfect for small spaces. The foldable feature and lightweight frame make it easy to store and move around if I desire.
Performance-wise, it runs smoothly, and the settings are simple to adjust. Itβs a great option for walking or jogging, and it feels sturdy despite its size. The controls are intuitive, and the screen provides the basic data I need for my workouts (distance, speed, calories, etc.).
The one downside for me is the lack of connectivity with running apps. I was hoping to sync my data with apps like Strava or Nike Run Club, but unfortunately, this treadmill doesnβt support that functionality. Itβs a missed opportunity, especially for people who like to track their progress digitally or participate in virtual challenges.
Overall, itβs a solid treadmill for the price, especially if youβre tight on space. If app connectivity isnβt a priority for you, this would be an excellent choice!

Very easy to assemble. Seems quite sturdy. Very quiet. No analog height adjustment – just a lever that gives you a fixed 3% grade which might not be so great for someone wanting an agressive cardio workout. . I like how it stores away by simply lifting the treadmill, which is in a hydraulic, to a vertical position which means gets it out of the way very easy, yet it is thin enough to roll under a bed. The compact format is plenty large enough for an average size adult. Anyone 225+ may find it too small narrow. Lacks of an extensive monitoring or tracking electronics which means fewer things to break down.

This is a very good treadmill for home use. Definitely not like the ones you find in a gym, but its still sturdy enough and perfect for home use and to keep yourself active. Not too loud. You are able to hit speeds upto 9 mph. You can also run. Was easy to assemble. Infact this came 80% assembled. You only had to put the nuts and bolts and take off the packing. Can be folded after use, so does not block space.
Good purchase for the price. Recommend this product.

This is a mini version of a full size treadmill with all necessary features. The best feature of all is the increment of speed by 0.1 miles. This is so important to me since I am limited to my speed because of my back pain. I am using treadmill for brisk walking since last 35 years. I always used full size, didn’t know mini ones existed until my last one start making weird noises and was time to change. Love this one over the big one. So quiet and does the job perfectly . Doesn’t take much room and easily folds. Customer service is great, had a question prior to purchase which was answered quickly and professionally.
