I’ll be honest, I had to watch videos on how other people did this. I thought I made a mistake because I couldn’t get the thing to keep going. Once I started loosening up and getting a rhythm, almost like dancing, I started and haven’t stopped. If it helps, I had to get the ball started and then sway back and forth with my hips to keep it moving. Once I got that going, I definitely know how this little machine gets you sweating the inches off!

I used this rpoduct but didnt feel anything soar the naxt day. So to me i dont think its worth it. It was fun the first 5 min. After that, it was verry long to finish a 30 min trainning

I feel like it may break easily (you must not be too rough when snapping extensions pieces on/off) but I like it! It is good for my hip with bursitis!

The instructions that came with the product was very simple and I did 40 minutes right off the bat. But you can feel it working. It is an exercise that will get you off the couch. You do need to turn up your volume but if you wear EarPods no problem.

My girlfriend and I were looking for a light workout option to ease into healthier habits together. She had brought up hula hooping and how she wanted to try an adjustable hoop to track weight loss goals, so I ordered one of these hoops.
On first impressions, our hoop came with one defective link. It is missing a spring and massage pad. Luckily there were enough links that having one throw away didn’t affect us at all. The links are very easy to remove and add onto the hoop. Lightly squeezing the edges together leaves enough room to slip a link on or off the end of the chain. The magnetic closure is also easy to open and close, yet feels sturdy while hula hooping.
We’ve started hooping for 30 minutes each per day to start and are loving the experience so far. While the belt isn’t completely silent (roller clicks as it passes each link), it isn’t loud enough to disturb others watching tv in the same room. This hoop also seems easier to use than a regular one as I have no trouble keeping the weight moving. Compare that to a regular hoop where I lose tempo and the hoop drops quickly after starting.

I am currently 332lbs. and on a 100+ lb. Weightloss journey, and this was such an awesome add! I used it twice as soon as I received it and still feel the burn from its use. I intend on using it daily and look forward to it helping me achieve my goal weight!

I love this pick of exercise equipment. Being a bigger person I have had so much fun with this. I was afraid that it would not be comfortable or would not fit properly but boy was I wrong. I went with one a little bigger than my measurements just in case but I feel I would have been fine without stepping up. It is super easy to assemble. Easy to store. When in use it does require more room. Easy to get on and off yourself. As you tune you simple unclip a link and keep on going. There is not a lot of noise by you do hear a slight hum as the pendulum moves around the waist area. Easy to watch TV and still hear your favorite show but get some exercise in too
