I usually use the regular Hula Hoop, but this one is a nice alternative. It doesn’t make too much noise, and it seems to be holding up quite well. I bought it a while ago and have been using it constantly.

I have been using my hoop for some months now and it really does the job for me it’s smooth and it don’t give me no problems

I wish someone mentioned that this harder to use than it looks in the videos posted. The weight and the bearings don’t keep going and probably need a lot of practice before you can even go a few minutes of continuous movement. It is noisy! But I love the idea of it so I will keep at it. If you’ve never done this before don’t expect to do 30 minutes on day one. I’m up to one minute.. Day 2.

I love how easy it is to put together. It does make a slight noise, but the tram for the gravity ball glides smoothly in the track. I bought the 61 inch hoop, and had to remove a few links. It didn’t come with a counter like the smaller hoops, but overall it’s a fantastic product. I will definitely order from this company again!

I finally caved and bought the hula hoop. A friend has a different one and loves it, so I thought I’d give it a shot. I think mine is better than hers. I quickly snapped it together without needing the instructions. The packaging was far above my expectations. It’s so easy to get started on it. You just give the weight I little swoosh and off you go! The movements needed to keep it going are not extreme. I have the rhythm and coordination of a dying fish and I was easily capable of keeping the motion. I was also able to play on my phone while working out, something great for my easily distracted mind. The noise that it produces was way below what I expected from it. I went for 30 minutes today and will be increasing as I progress.

I like the product it was easy to assemble and easy and fun to use BUT why don’t the hoops with larger waists come with the counter like the smaller waists? Seems a bit discriminatory like larger people don’t want to have the same experience as smaller individuals. I ALMOST sent the product back because of that. Disappointed
