This ball by TRX is the best ball I have been able to find. I have tried so many balls from so many different places and they all eventually did the same thing. They all stretched out and got bigger and bigger. This ball from TRX has remained nice and firm and has not stretched out. I now have several of these TRX balls and I mostly use them for sitting.

I’ve come to trust the TRX band, and this 55 cm stability ball again delivers. It is the smaller of the two, but is made of a durable material, it’s easy to inflate with the included pump, it holds air, and can be used for a variety of exercises to improve balance and to strengthen the core. It looks just as it appears in the product image, but what really counts is when you use it. I recommend it!

This is a great stability and training ball from TRX. Easy to inflate with all you need to do so, it’s a bit smaller than some of the ones we use at the gym, but it still provides plenty of options for exercise. It’s well made, durable, and supports our weight without issue. It’s a great addition to our home workout equipment and is priced quite fairly.

TRX normally makes great products, but I am very disappointed with this one. You are better off buying a $10 off-brand stability ball from TJ Maxx. It’s way too bouncy and has very little support.

This is a solid stability ball. It’s more versatile since it’s smaller than the usual size. It’s great for physical therapy moves. Stability is important. The only downside is that it doesn’t really pump up enough with the pump it comes with. To get the right amount of air I just blew it up.

Still trying to use by myself cautiously

I would love to say that I have used this – but I have no pump, it didn’t come with a pump, and there is no instruction manual or anything with it. I think I figured out that the white thing is the plug (if I ever get this pumped up).
I have no idea if I have a compatible pump or how long it will take before I finally getting around to buying something that ‘MIGHT’ work or be a waste of money because again, I have no guidance and I have never used one of these before.
This might literally sit on my floor forever. We wanted to blow it up right away and I would have been using it…now the effort to do so may simply exceed the time and level of importance this is.
DISAPPOINTING

Good if you know how to use it.
