Since I am 5’5″ tall, I ordered the L(23-26ines/58-65cm) ball for the current price of $28.99 plus tax. This comes with instructions, a hand pump, three plugs, a plug lifter/remover, and a tape measure. It was very tiring to pump this up. For the initial fill, I pumped it up to 80% as instructed in the manual. The remaining 20% was pumped up two days later.
This ball is perfect for my leg exercises that I am required to do as a result of knee surgery. My boyfriend has a ball like this and I never liked it because it takes up a lot of room. However, after my knee surgery, I found that the ball exercises my physical therapist gave me helped me increase my range of motion the most without too much pain. Therefore, this is why I purchased this and I am very satisfied. I also love the teal (what the Amazon site calls “Turkis”) color.
UPDATE: After two days, I pumped up this ball to full size so that it measured 26″ from tip-to-tip (see photos of full inflation). Unfortunately, when I went to remove the plug to use the pump, the white plug flew out somewhere in my house and I can’t find it. Lucky they provide a total of three plugs. In fact, they should probably provided five plugs as it is easy to lose them on removal when the ball has to be inflated. Other than this, I love this exercise ball.

This company goes to lengths in the instruction book to explain things very clearly, including that if you find ANY defective issues, contact them and they will replace your ball. They specify certain issues and make statements that those are defects and to let them know and they will send a replacement.
They also explain that after you pump the ball to the level you want, that after a few days, it is normal with a new ball to lose a slight amount of inflation and to top it up a little. But then it should hold for a long time. Also they explain some wrinkles are normal, won’t hamper use, and will fade. It’s the fact they went to so much length in the instructions to cover so much, so clearly that really impressed me. A lot of care went into that which you never see these days.
The ball itself has been really excellent in my situation. I’m doing PT and it’s made certain exercises SO much easier. It feels very heavy duty. No smell. Very tactile and easy to maneuver. Pretty color but that’s just me, lol. I had no issues with the pump and found it very easy to pump. It was not a foot pump like in one video here.
They give you 2 plugs and also a plug remover. Everything was packaged VERY neatly. I haven’t had any issues but feel like they’d be very easy to work with. A very good value in my opinion. Very happy with this product.

Ball does not reach optimum size . Used it for 10 weeks . Company needs to replace this

Nice thick ball whose exterior holds up to everything the the sharpened pencil my toddler used to end its life.
I stood over the garbage can and said a soft prayer lamenting its loss.
Great bounce, very comfortable, and nice size – very happy with this purchase overall.

Ball is good for my purpose (back and leg exercises) but probably not for heavy use. Ball had a distinct
order when package opened but soon faded. No instruction included in mine but easy enough to figure out.
Hint: take a few minutes to pull the sides loose form each other , makes inflation easier. Seems to work fine for my use.

Came in a box and had to manually inflate, but it was so easy that my toddler helped me inflate it. Very helpful ball to ease contraction pain and discomfort during the third trimester of pregnancy.

I got this to help with the pressure of pregnancy (as advised by both my physical therapist and OB) and add flexible labor positioning options (per my doula). I had a well-known, more expensive brand 2 pregnancies ago, and this one matches the quality. If you stick your face right on it, you can smell a slight manufacturing scent, but i distinctly remember that with my previous expensive one, as well, so I’m pretty sure its just how the material and manufacuring process is with these things. You can’t smell it (even with sensitive pregnancy nose–thanks, HG!) when just sitting on it. Also, after having it around for a few weeks, the scent is fading.
Definitely blow it up, let it sit for a few days, use it some, and blow it up a bit more. Yoga ball material stretches some at first, and you don’t want a slouchy ball. It holds air perfect, though…this is just a normal breaking-in period “issue” that all yoga balls have.
Pumping it up takes a little while. My previous ball’s pump worked better, pumping the expensive brand ball in a matter of 2 minutes or less. This pump functions the same way as that pump (pumps air OUT regardless of whether you’re compressing or extending the pump), but it’s just not as efficient. I was still able to pump it up in less than 5 mins, though. So, if youre looking to bring your own ball to the hospital, you can certainly deflate it and re-pump it (or, rather, have your partner or doula do that for you!) when you get to your room.
Since it works well for pregnancy sitting, it’d also be great for flexible office or school sitting. It’s also the right material to be stable and not slippery for actual yoga.

This product is nicely designed. It has a stylish deer graphic logo on it, which adds to its cachet. Right out of the box, you are greeted with a very effective easy-to-use foot-pump, that absolutely minimizes the hassle of inflation that typical hand pumps would offer – this unit with the included foot pump was the easiest time I ever had inflating a Swiss Ball. I believe this product is designed to the minimum thickness standards to give it a “heavy duty” or “puncture-resistant” designation, but I will stress that these units will all likely fail if used in the presence of even a small chip of glass left on the floor from a broken wine glass or light bulb! I think a manufacturer would have to go up to a material like Kevlar for one of these Swiss Balls to be relatively puncture-proof, and I doubt they have created a Kevlar that can expand like this rubber can, nor would it be cost-efficient. So a word of warning – if you or your housemates are prone to breaking the occasional glass item and fail to completely vacuum or sweep up every little shard of glass, be prepared to order a new one of these, for this is what will bring you back down to Earth in an instant if you happen to place your new Swiss Ball on top of any small particle of glass and apply downward pressure (I bought this unit for a buddy who did just that – popped his previous Swiss Ball – and I found a few shards of glass around his work area afterwards, where he uses the Swiss Ball as a chair!). Also, I was unaware of this, but if you do manage to burst this product through the above-mentioned housekeeping negligence, especially if you are in the middle of doing flys or presses with dumbbells etc., there is a real possibility of doing injury to yourself if you experience a sudden bursting. And, again, I stress, this (bursting) is likely only to occur if any sharp item such as a small piece of broken glass, a stray sharp-pointed screw, etc., is left lurking on the floor proximal to your area of use. Otherwise, if you keep this unit stored out of direct sunlight and away from anything that could puncture it, it should last you many years.

I got the largest size because I’m a tall person and just assumed it would be correct. It’s a bit large to use as a yoga ball, but I do enjoy sitting on it while maintaining balance.
I didn’t request a replacement because something about having a yoga ball so big it had to be squeezed to fit through the doorway is entertaining to me. The review is being left because I didn’t expect it to actually be so durable and hold a round shape instead of turning into an egg. When I do decide to order a smaller size, I will definitely purchase another Trideer.
