Wasn’t expecting much for price but it’s a really great log book
    Definitely recommend 👍👍

I have purchased multiple copies of this booklet as a way to keep up with my exercise and diet plan. It’s very useful though you could probably make something similar with a computer and printer. However, this booklet helps keep me on track!

  3. JuAle

I like this journal. It keeps track of weight, date, foods, exercise, water, mood, and goals. My only qualm is that I don’t have tiny writing and I’d like more room on each line to write.

  4. Kristin Laporte

Really love this journal. I’ve had a few and most are a little much, with topics and questions I don’t need. This one is simple but hits everything I’m interested in keeping track of : what I ate without asking for macros, water intake, sleep, mood, goals, exercise, self care. I had it spiral bound to make it easier to work with. So worth it.

  5. Lyndsey Smalling

This book is a good concept. However, I found there wasnt enough writing space to lg my daily information. Only used for a few days before becoming frusted and started using a free app instead.

  6. Tina

Nice journal to track your daily food intake.
It also captures daily weight, water, sleep, mood etc.
Wish it covered the whole year instead of 13 weeks. Essentially you will need 4 books to write for one year.

  7. MrsPatriot

Love how simple and easy this journal is. It’s something I am able to fill out quickly and actually keep up with.

  8. Amazon Customer

Love it!! I have had 3 other friends buy it after I told them about this journal. I find many food and fitness journals overwhelming and because of that rarely use them longer than a few days. This journal is short and sweet. Few daily trackers or notes and thats it. Writing daily goals has helped me focus on one day at a time and I love that its not an endless journal. Its 13 weeks. So you can set a small goal and focus on that and then see your “end” results. For me its more effective than any other journal I have tried so far. I highly recommend!! And good luck on your journey to a healthier, stronger, happier you!!!

  9. Devarti

Like that this is a guided journal. Easy to use. Good size. Good quality.

  10. Matt B.

It’s perfect for a short term objectives and it has all the blank spaces

  11. Kristin Laporte

I am old school and love to write things down. It makes it easier to hold myself accountable. This item has been easy to use and only takes a minute or 2 of my morning to complete. I have been on this journey for 6 weeks now and it has been great! I love documenting things in this journal. If you are anything like me and dont really want to be on your phone more than you already are documenting your health journey… this is the item for you.

    Good investment.

Generally I find filling in food and health journals quite tedious. This one is simple to fill in and maintain.
It has just the right amount of details; not too less not too much…but keeps you accountable for what you have consumed and your daily exercise
Easy weekly goal tracking. Also appreciate its just 13 weeks as it helps keep small small goal at a time which is really more helpful in the long run

  13. Lisa L

Perfect for what I wanted. Accountability for what I am eating and how much I am exercising. Tracks weekly measurements so if you mess up a week you can go back and see where you may have went wrong. I have had it a few weeks and am already thinking I wonder if I will keep up with it long enough that I will have to get a new one!
