Could hurt your ankles/feet, a lot of weight is put on just that (even with boots on). No instructions included. Finding a bar that is suitable in strength, distance from the floor, and thickness could prove difficult for some. Also quite the tedious process, at least for me.

Alternative: if you’re just trying to do inversions, place two chairs against a wall while keeping a distance the size of your head in between them. Then stick your head in that space and give yourself a little boost up with your toes and continue to turn upside down using the strength of your core until your body/legs/feet are in contact with the wall the chairs are placed upon. Place pillows on the seats of the chairs if too uncomfortable. Put weights on the sides or simple stretch out your arms horizontally to be able to grip the edges of the seat for further support.

This thing is sturdy as all get-out, with quarter-inch steel pieces. Padding for the ankles he’s a little something to be desired but not something that can’t be easily overcome. There aren’t any directions, but by looking at the pictures on Amazon it was easy to assemble. There’s a hook there’s a handle then there’s the middle piece that the feet go on. It’s really quite easy and took me less than five minutes. I like this thing because I can hook it on my pull-up bar and take it down when I’m not using it. I can do inverted sit ups but I have to be careful of getting into a swinging motion so I go slowly or I just hang for a minute and touch the ground to stop the motion. This thing is very stable and so long as you put it in the anti fall screw it will not come off whatever you put it on. This thing is over-engineered and I guarantee you the pull-up bar is going to fail before this thing will

It doesn’t have any instructions and a bag full of nuts and bolts but you have absolutely no way of knowing what to do with them. This was a birthday gift for my husband and he was very disappointed. He was excited and then confused then mad. And also make sure you read the fine print because it doesn’t come with the bar to hang either. Geez such unprofessionalism

    and sturdy!

  8. Me Here

No assembly instructions, but they there is a video in the product description here on Amazon showing the assembly.

    Excellent product, simple ingenious design.
It works, I don’t use my anti-gravity hanging boots anymore, as this is much easier. Its safe, simple and portable.

prodotto cinese arrivato con un pezzo mancante

Awesome product. I have been looking at getting a teeter setup which is almost three hundred bucks and I’m glad I never made that purchase because for a tenth of the price, this little piece of equipment went right on my doorframe pull up bar and hopefully in my way to some relief.. yes there are no instructions but it isn’t rocket science. There are only six pieces altogether, as one reviewer mentioned, all you have to do is look at the pictures from amazon.

No instruction is correct but easy to put together by looking at picture on web sight. Placed it on pull up bar on Squat rack and works great. Put the safety bolt on to hold it in place and there is no fear of it coming off. I have nothing bad to say about it and I’ve used it now several times. Jonathan

  12. Amazon Customer

Excellent product. Hold onto the lower handle so you can put you feet into the foam holders. At first theres some pressure on the top of the feet and ankles and it might hurt a bit. After using it for a while my feet got pretty used to it. It works Excellent for a deadly ab workout as well. Also train yourself to hang with proper posture by engaging your lower abs.

I’ve been trying to find the right inversion equipment for months, I tried to use strap belts (Fail), inversion boots (Fail!), and then finally found this inexpensive option.

it’s much easier and safer to use compared to inversion boots and the price is very reasonable. There’s no clear assembly instructions included so you have to figure out how to put it together (Takes about 10 minutes).
