I really like this little book. So many health & fitness journals want to know how many reps I did of what excercise. I don’t track that. I only track how many minutes and what general category of ecxercise. Also, there is plenty of room to journal my food. It’s just enough structure for me. I bought two.

This is a good start to a healthy journey. Logging your intake (water and food), your activities, what you ate, and then noting for yourself if it was a good day, or if you could do better. This book has you logging food and ounces of water consumed, it even has you keep track of the hours slept each night which is important for a healthy life journey. I even tracked my calorie intake, there is plenty of room to write each meal and the calories.

I love the simple, clean format of this food and exercise journal! I love the cover, too. It fits easily into my handbag so I can track what I eat at the office or on the go.

I’m taking my journal to Staples so they can spiral wire bind it so it will open flat as I prefer. It doesn’t cost much to do that, BTW. I do that with paperback cookbooks, too.

My only request to the author/publisher is to have those cute Nutrition and Exercise emojis that are on The Starting Point and Stats page to appear on EVERY page. That would make this journal 5+ stars for me.

Love this!! Just what I needed!! So easy to use too!

I love how the layout is straightforward, down to the basics and essentials for tracking food intake, hydration, sleep, snacks and exercise. Visually the layout is perfect. I do also enjoy having the motivational quotes throughout the journal.

I am really happy with the quality of this book and everything it has for each day to track. I’ve searched through quite a few and found this one perfect, along with the price. It has a few empty pages at the back which I was extra happy about so I could write in my meal plan so now it’s all in one book. I am updating this review and I have now bought my second one. Really enjoying tracking my progress and I truly think writing it down helps keep me accountable!

Love the simplicity of this journey! I’ve seen many journals on Amazon that have so much going on… this one is simple and to the point.

I write on the pages with marker and haven’t had an issue with the ink seeping through the next pages!

I normally use an App to track my daily eating, but now that my doctor wants to see what I’m eating I felt like I needed to actually write it down. Interesting I think I like this method better than the APP.

Fantastic book to keep me on track in my healthy living journey. I spent quite some time looking at the various options on Amazon before deciding to go for this one. Some of the others had more detail than I needed, whereas this one has a realistic amount of information to complete each day. I use it to log sleep, water consumption, food consumption and exercise. I’ll be buying another after the 90 days are up.

Well composed wellness journal, also addressing all the other aspects of a way to better health in addition to weigh toss. It doesn’t work for me, because I take delight and great encouragement in seeing numbers changing, so to speak. No area to daily record weight, or waist circumference etc. Only on the 1st and very last page.
For those, who don’t want to weigh themselves, that’s fine too. They wouldn’t have to write those stats in.
In other words, I mistook this for a Better health/weight loss journal, and it is only the former. My bad.

  11. SaladEatingCat

I love this fitness and food journal. I use it to track my day to day food intake, excercise, water consumption and hours slept. I like to use colorful pens to write in it and make it visually stimulating. Sometimes, it’s just black ink. All in all, it helps me see my progress and keep me focused.

  12. Violet

This journal is awesome for keeping a detailed log of your daily food intake. I love that it also includes water intake and hours of sleep. It has a small section on the bottom for exercise. I have a very simple exercise routine- but if you want to log sets or more intricate workout sessions- you won’t have room on here.
Also- it’s paperback and the cover is very thin- so it’s not something that is very durable.

Overall- very happy with my purchase.

Love it!! Its exactly what I wanted. It’s clear and concise. Able to track breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as snacks and exercise.
Recommend it. It’s light weight. Wish it were a year instead of 90 day planner
