I bought this an another brand from Amazon to compare . This feels superior and stay cold longer.
Great to put this on my knees after a long run.

Arrived an amazing four hours after ordering. Heavy-duty construction. Works as described. After two hours in the freezer, it is extremely cold. I will try the refrigerator next to see how cold that feels. Warming is very comfortable.

Well made. Holding up great with daily use for nearly 2 months so far. Gets REALLY cold. Has a cooling effect even if not kept in the freezer or fridge.

I don’t generally write reviews but I’ve been pretty please with this knee sleeve. Stays cold for about 20mins and provides just enough compression for my knee. I have osteoarthritis and a torn meniscus and use this nightly. It bring down the swelling better than anything else I’ve tried.

These work good, cold pack gets very cold, lasts about 20-25 mins.

I’ve been using these for a knee, recovering from meniscus surgery. like all gel packs, they don’t stay cold as long as I’d like. But the ability to slide it on with a compression fit is just great. I’ve been alternating 2 of these with another cold wrap, wish I’d ordered 4 instead of 2. Really I’d love it if they stayed cold longer, but a set of 4 mitigates the gel’s characteristics.

I read all the reviews before I bought. It has no smell and stays cold for required 20 minutes. (I don’t have a microwave so can’t speak to heat retention). I needed something to travel with and this is light/small enough.
Easy to move around in.

I placed in freezer. At bedtime I pulled it up over thigh where I have severe pain that keeps me from falling asleep. It really takes pain away. Easy to use. No wrapping around an ice patch or bag. It doesn’t fall off the thigh. I’ve also used under slacks when driving as sitting can make thigh pain worse. Works great! Feels comfortable.

I have a couple of these for the head for when I have bad headaches. When I hurt my knee and needed to ice it regularly, I bought one of these. It works as expected and is much easier than dealing with ice or other ice packs and figuring out how to keep it where it needs to be.
Pros:
Stays in place
Lasts a couple of hours after being frozen at least overnight
Flexible – you can move around with it
Full coverage – it’s a sleeve that you stick your leg into and so it covers all around the knee area including the backside as well as ~2 inches above and below the knee.
Comes in a reusable bag to store it in
Cons:
Can be too cold. I place a microfiber towel under it to start. After about 15-20 minutes I can remove the towel and still benefit from the coldness for a good 15-20 minutes more.
Be sure to look at the sizing chart. I got the medium being 5 foot and 140 lbs., and it’s a little snug. However, a size larger may have been too loose. Remember that it’s meant to be compression.

The design and functionality is perfect, unfortunately the sleeves only stay cold for around 15mins. Wish it was more in the 25-30 min timeframe.

I adore this ice/heat pack! Takes just 2 hours to refreeze between applications. Fits on my arm just perfectly to relieve golfers elbow pain. It also stretches to fit over my knee, if I needed that. Super comfortable, so easy to put on, too. I haven’t tried heating it up, but I’m sure it would work just fine. Ice packs aren’t as easy to conform to my elbow and this sleeve solves that problem completely. Get this!!!

A couple big things I like about this ice compression sleeve:
1. My knee problems are related to muscles in the thigh. This is long enough whereas I can ice from my most of my upper thigh to just below my knee.
2. It’s easy to get on and off. Some other ice packs I have fit into velcro-enclosed holders that you have to wrap around your knee and then close the velcro. If you have issues bending down to do all that, it can be an issue.
3. It’s pricey, but it’s not crazy expensive. I had bought the King Brand Cold Cure knee wrap for $80 at that manufacturer’s web site, but found that too bulky to work with and it was hard to get slip it’s ice pack into the knee sleeve. I’m returning the King product and sticking with TheralICE.
Another point to note – TheraICE has a large and extra large size. The differences between them are very minor; the extra large is very slightly wider and not any longer.
I’ve seen some reviews that say TheraICE only stays cold for 15 minutes. Old school thinking is that you need to ice for 20 minutes. Two different physical therapists I’ve had recently both told me 10-15 minutes max for icing. Anything longer than that can reduce blood flow and cause nerve issues.

I’ve ordered 3 consecutively within the last couple of weeks. Easy to use.
Relieves calf, knee and ankle pain, and if you sit on it also hip pain. The super cold only lasts 15 to 20 minutes, but typically 20 minutes is enough. However, it still supports my shin splints when it is no longer cold so I can sleep. I understand it can be used hot, but not planning on that. I have heating pads for that allowing temperature control.
