Works well as an alternative office chair. In this use it does very slowly lose air, but only over the course of months. Good product.

Seems sturdy. Easy to inflate and a very good exercise brochure.

I use for exercise, core balance & physical therapy exercises. Exceptionally durable & thick walled thera ball. Doesn’t puncture easily. If puncured, it releases air slowly while you’re on it! Holds air well & for a long time. Easy-to-use. Easy to balance & stay on the Thera ball. Very supportive & comfortable. Highly recommend this product!

Does not come with a pump. So I had to purchase a pump inflate the ball. The ball is sturdy and I enjoy the panflit of potential exercises.

This is my 2nd Theraband Exercise Ball. I tried TriDeer brand, but was disspointed how small and lesser quality it was compared to Theraband.
Just remember to order a pump with this (not included in package). I ordered the SKOLOO 10″ Portable Hand Air Ball Pump and it works perfect!
I love, love, love this excersize ball. It is super great quality, durable, and last along time. So much better than TriDeer!

What can I say. PT place used same one so I bought the same one. Leg muscle atrophy means a work out ball while watching tv on floor. Legs now better & it makes for a sturdy chair at my pc.

I purchased the 45 cm ball and it is actually the right size……as advertised. I previously ordered another brand and it said 45cm but was bigger than 55cm. Since I am short (less than 5′), this ball is perfect. I am using it for my physiotherapy exercises as I recover from knee replacement surgery. The ball is well made and excellent to use.

This ball is so good that I use for my physical therapy. Very strong material.
It helps me keep moving my body, specially my legs that is very weak and tired. Day by day I saw some improvement doing my exercises at home.
Easy to inflate, good value and very durable. The color I purchased is yellow . I really recommend it !

I ordered the 75 cm TheraBand Stabililty Ball and I am only 5’6″. It is recommended for athletes 6’2″ and over but I find this is the perfect size for doing ab crunches and upper body exercises on the ball and for heavier people. I don’t have to get down so far to the floor. I find it’s the right size even for my height. Would consider getting an additional ball, one size down for leg exercises. Good quality. Never stays still so get a holder for it or it will roll away. Make sure to blow it up to the pamphlet instructions and don’t over inflate.

I’ve been using this ball consistently for about 5 months! I had another brand of exercise ball at home, but it was too slippery to safely do my physical therapy exercises so I decided to invest in the brand they had at PT. These have the perfect amount of grip. I feel much more secure on this ball. I use it all the time and just bought a second one – the blue ball – for my husband so he can do his exercises at home.
I also will use this to sit on to watch TV sometimes as it reduces strain and pain on my neck and back and helps me stay a bit more focused!
As far as filling it with air…..That part is a workout if you do it manually! Haha! I still have the manual pump from my old exercise ball. It’s a time commitment for sure, but I think I prefer the manual pump method to be sure I fill it up safely. If you do not have a manual pump or air compressor, you will need one to fill this up. But I guarantee one of your friends or neighbors already have one and would be happy to help you out filling this up so don’t let that stop you!
I filled up my red ball by myself, but when I purchased the bigger blue ball for my husband, we took turns filling it up.

I use this medicine ball primarily for my back and to strengthen my core. During physical therapy for my back, I decided to order my own. I use it often and I’m a satisfied customer.
