  1. Luis E.

El contenido del libro está perfecto, pero llegó en un estado muy mal, todo rayado y raspado,

  2. Julee

My boyfriend is a fitness junky and he loves the yummy recipes. Also, the author is clearly obsessed with cheesecake and must have tried hundreds of “healthy” cheese cake recipes to try to find ones that don’t just taste boring or like protein powder

  3. Luis E.

La verdad es que estoy bastante contento, es cierto que hay ingredientes que no me gustan pero los sustituyo por otros. Pero en general es un buen recetario. Aparte de que las recetas son muy saciantes.

I’ve been a fan of Ross since hearing about this lunatic that swam around the UK. I now own all his books so this was a must for me.
Teaming up with his partner Hester this time they have created a book that not only has loads of mouth watering recipes but you also get a few lesson in sports science and thermodynamics in the normal easy to understand no nonsense format that is backed with facts and references the same as his other books.
Each recipe has the calories and macros listed so you can easily track them for yourself.
If you follow Ross on social media you’ll know he’s a fan of burgers and cheesecake and this book doesnt disappoint!!….. 2 words…. doughnut burger….

  5. T-Shadow

These are foods that minimally processed, look great and taste good. If you’re looking for food that tastes like something already made and pre packaged with not great macros, this isn’t for you. I bought a cook book for my Mom, sister, girlfriend, and myself. *Ross is English, so if you’re American you may have to do some googling to figure out what some of the ingredients are (eg bacon medallions).

  6. tom

Of so called 100 recipes?, 1/3 or so of this book is desserts, and there is a 1000+ calorie recipe for a burger between 2 glazed donuts…wtf? I’m trying to lose weight and was looking for healthy recipes high in protein. I’m disappointed as this is not what I was hoping for.

  7. A. Freebairn

Always been a Ross Edgley fan but this book is really good for healthier options or for the gym lover who wants to improve their gains/energy

  8. Pampered 24

Pretty easy to write this book, substitute sugar for a sugar replacement and add protein powder to everything that takes flour. That is it! No impressive recipes whatsoever. In fact, very boring and common recipes that you can get all over the internet.

  9. J. Taylor

Something for everyone in this book, awesome meals to make.
