    This is a well-made fitness journal. You can toss it in your gym bag with little concern for whether it will get destroyed by whatever you have in there. Once you figure out where everything goes, it is simple to use as well. I have to say that, for the money, you won’t get a better deal quality-wise. I was surprised at the thickness of the pages and the layout as well. This is something that will help with my workout accountability.
