    It does what you’d hope it would do; it allows you to journal your workouts, particularly reps and weight. My only critique, and it’s like this for all the journals I’ve seen, is I would prefer vertical logging versus horizontal. This would allow more room for those sets that exceed the number of entries provided.

    Very nice book. I am using it to record my progress with a step dvd I bought and my time/distance on my recumbent bike. I was just diagnosed with very high cholesterol and after dieting made it worse (go figure) so I need to start working out too…and it’s much more motivating when you can record your progress. 😉

    I had been looking for a simple weight training log book for literally years. I needed a log book that I would be able to log weight and reps for 6 sets. This log allows me that luxury, plus an additional entry area for cardio training, supplements and ounces of water consumed throughout the day or during training session. I really like the fact that when opened, the book lays FLAT.
    It is designed to be used to log workout sessions on a page per day basis. I have a very limited time for my training sessions so I have multiple days per page with a slash and date separating days.
    When I fill this log book I am already planning on ordering another. Simply put….. this works for me.
    My only suggestion for improvement……include a pen/ pencil with a holder.
