I’ve been researching inversion tables for quite some time as I knew I was suffering from spinal compression issues due to sitting for my job 99% of my workday. Walking had become painful as my hips and lower back were so stiff. I wanted something reliable, so I focused on the most reputable company in this line of business and watched for a great deal to come along on one that had some type of lengthened entry/exit release latch. I finally decided upon this one.
I used a dolly to get the box into my garage because it was pretty darn heavy, then I opened the box out there and carried the individual pieces to my basement, downloaded the BILT app, and had it assembled without help in about 35 minutes. Assembly was surprisingly easy with the assistance of the app, and I couldn’t be happier with the end result and the relief it’s given me after less than a week of use. I use mine 3-5 minutes per session and 2 times a day if I can find the time. My back and hips feel substantially better already, I’m sleeping better at night because my back no longer aches, and when I wake up in the morning, I can actually walk without doing the zombie shuffle I’d perfected over the past few years. My energy level during the days is notably higher, and I feel more relaxed now than I did when I had all that pain and stiffness.
To anyone who is looking for one of these things, I’d definitely recommend one that has the longer lever for latching the ankle supports. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone who might be looking for a heartfelt and honest testimonial. It’s working great for me so far. I hope it continues to bring me comfort as I use it more.

I’ve had back issues L4-5 bulging discs for 30 yrs. I’ve kept them at bay the last 10yrs but recently have some very uncomfortable activity with that area. I got a great deal on my Teeter and cannot wait to use it everyday. It has replaced my pain medication and I anticipate it will get me back to my workout routine.

My back is my nemesis. It dictates my every day whether vertical or horizontal. Now, after three surgeries I use this twice a day to relieve pressure on my spine. It’s not a panacea or miracle cure but, you will notice a big relief after you hop on this. Very easy to use and sturdy. Folds up for easy storage.

I am almost 80 years old and have spinal stenoses, a couple of herniated disks and a list of other back issues. My cardiologist recommended I try an Inversion table. Yes, I said cardiologist. He was chewing my butt about the amount of exercise I was getting, while I was explaining that the amount of exercise I do is related directly to my level of back pain. He said that he has had back surgery and still suffers a good deal of pain, but an Inversion table really helped him.
I started doing research and quickly decided that Teeter brand of table was the best bang for the buck when it comes to features, construction, design, and ease of assembly. The fact that a renewed one was available at a good price also helped.
The first time I tried the table (20 degrees for three minuets) I noticed an improvement in my back. I’ve been using it three times a day for two weeks now and slowly increasing the angle and the time. My back continues to improve. My wife also uses it with the same good results that I am experiencing.
The renewed table we received was like new with the exception of one small part that was cracked but did not affect the operation of the table. A call to Teeter customer service quickly got a new part on the way. Assembly was simple, even for and old man. The inversion table is built like a tank and very simple to adjust for the difference between my wife and my own physical size.
I realize that this is not going to cure my back issues, but it is sure making life a lot more comfortable.

I chose this return/refurb listing because of the other reviews and the price was less than half of a new one.
I’m not sure I was willing to pay the full price, but for half that, the price was just right.
I went with this brand over other competitors because of the reviews and was not disappointed.
Many of the miscellaneous parts I received appeared to be brand new, still in sealed packaging.
I even got an upgrade on the foot release from what I was expecting. Since this is return/refurb I’m sure each experience is a bit different. But I couldn’t be happier.
i didn’t get it for pain relief. I got it on the hope that it might help drain my lungs with my bronchiectasis.
Gotta say hanging upside down is not my idea of fun. Full hanging loose inverted is not at all necessary. Just partial inversion seems to help considerably. Some days, more than others. when nothing else works, its really nice to have this option. Add in flutter valve while inverted for extra affect.

I bought a lot of things in 2023, but this was the most advantageous to my family’s health and well-being. My main focus was to boost my circulation along with my supplements, and to help with our neck pain. Also, because hanging upside down feels great. Remember being a kid and hanging upside down from the monkey bars? It kind of gives you a natural high feeling, and a more positive outlook for the rest of the day.
When I use it before bed, I feel much more relaxed and it has become my normal routine to use it in the evening after all is said and done. I lock in my ankies, and rock back to instant heaven. Before I end, I like to gently rock myself up-down, before coming up to end the session. I think I might also start to use this with my red light therapy.
Due to my own error, it did fall and smash an expensive laptop which I am having repaired, so please be careful with properly storing/handling this! I have zero complaints, my husband and I use this every day and it is built like a rock. I put off buying this for a year because I was unsure of the benefits/quality of build. I may weigh 105, but he weighs 215, 6’1.
