I got this stepper for when I’m too lazy to go to the gym. It’s very convenient to have it nearby for when you feel like getting some steps in. It’s pretty easy to operate. I like the optional rubber strings that help you with more intense stepping. It also shows you the amount of steps you have made and the amount of time that you have been working out.

I use this at work. I am in an office where I cant leave and take a break, so I use the stepper when I get too anxious of being in there. It has helped me with my stress and anxiety.

I’m not that heavy and I know that for a fact but it seems the pedals do not adjust when I try to get the full motions. I feel like I’m taking BABY steps (my heels are hitting the thing so quick no resisting) Like this isnt a work out because im actually moving, this is a workout because im doing a lot of getting off and fixing it. I just bought this and already about to give it away and get a different brand.

OK, I really wanted to pan this item, but for less than $20, it was impossible.
Are the instructions slightly confusing and force you to look up how to adjust the stepper? Yep. But I didn’t pay $75 for it and it took me less than 5 minutes to find them. Fair trade.
This comes almost 109% reassembled. All you have to do is add a screw and the resistance bands.
The screw controls how high the step is and resistance. They kind of go hand in hand. Higher lift, more resistance. But you have to screw it all the way down until it begins to meet resistance before it starts to work. Until then it just spins in pretty quickly and feels useless.
The unit is fairly quiet and easy to use at the lower resistance. Might want to have something to hold on to for those with balance issues and the elderly until you get used to it.
I have a much more expensive stair stepper that is almost exactly the same, so I find this unit well worth the cost. I’d jump on it if I needed a new one.
Oh, it also holds up to 350lbs! That’s a LOT for a cheaper unit.
Am I concerned it won’t hold up? Yep. But if I have any issues there I will definitely update my review. In the mean time, it will be used daily by my 6’6″ 320lb son. So if it fails quality testing we will definitely have given it a run for it’s money!

The stepper did not come with instructions. The pulley did not sit in the groove and comes out so once i stand on the stepper it goes down but does not raises up and one screw was missing. Total garbage returning don’t waste of money.
JG’s Opinion –
This is a nice easy to use stepper to add a little more movement to your daily routine. Works easily adn adjusts well. Love to have it close by for workouts at my desk OR even while watching television. Can be used with or without the hand holds, too. Keeps good track and good count as long as you ensure you take a full step with each foot.
