The Steppers for Exercise, Stair Stepper with Resistance Bands is an excellent choice for beginners or intermediate users looking for a convenient and effective way to work out at home. It’s particularly well-suited for people who want a low-impact cardio option that also targets the upper body with the resistance bands. However, those seeking a more intense or advanced workout may find it lacks some of the durability or features of higher-end steppers. Overall, it’s a great value for those who need a simple, affordable, and space-saving fitness tool.

The stepper was very simple to use. It comes with stretching cords and my goodness the make a big difference. I was able to fell the burning sensation of core, while continuing to step. It’s able for fit under my bed neatly. This is one of my best investments! I’m currently 350. And this felt very stable and balanced. Also, there are adjustments that help to lessen or intensify your workout.

This little stepper really makes you break a sweat! I use it while watching TV and the time goes by so quickly! You can step off and on as you please and it will pick your time right back up. This machine is small but mighty! You feel your full body moving and this can count towards a daily workout! It’s especially great if you’re a walker and the temperature outside is not pleasant (too hot, too cold, raining, etc). One of my favorite things about the stepper is how compact it is. I like to keep it out in the open so that I’m reminded to use it, but can also easily tuck it away underneath a table or chair when I’m hosting company.

It took me a little time to get going but now feel like I get a good workout and like I have a way to workout in my own home. It is easy to store under a desk and bring out as don’t have much space.

I love how it just slides under the bed. Just leave it on the mat & pull it out. Counts your steps, calories burned, time elapsed (you can change the settings). I read some people had trouble with the knob, but mine works great. Minimal to moderate resistance. Even the moderate resistance is a good workout though. Gives you that burn in your thighs. It’s super lightweight but very sturdy. I have vertigo, so I put it between the end of the bed and the tv stand so I have something to kind of hold onto.

This product does work as a stepper. The metal part is pretty scratched. The knob does not change anything and the display turns on but does not track anything. This seems more like a used item than new.

I use mine for getting a bit of exercise at my sit/stand desk when I’m standing. It works well. The only reason I didn’t give it 4 stars was the digital display that is supposed to count steps does not work.

Great product, a little smaller than I thought, but fits perfectly anywhere and convenient. It’s a good way to get steps in!

My wife wanted this to keep by her standing workstation so she can move around a bit while being at the computer for 8 hours.

I love how small this thing is, its perfect for small spaces and rooms. I don’t like walking around in my neighborhood because every other house has a dog or there’s a stray every other block so this is helping me out with staying active. I also appreciate that it counts your steps and also keeps track of the last time you were on it, especially for someone like me who is slowly getting back to working out and takes more breaks in-between sessions.
I had one issue when I initially got it but after contacting the company through the given email they very quickly (next day) sent me a response with a video with instructions to fix the issue (which only took a few minutes). Sometimes the stepper creaks, sometimes it’s quiet. i think it might depend on the incline level you adjust it to. I don’t really mind the sound much since I’m usually watching something during use that drowns out the sound, or use my headphones. Overall considering the price and convenience I’d give this 5/5 stars. 🙂
