Good stepper, does it’s job. It is a little squeaky but it is sturdy. I like that it is small and can easily store in the corner and under a desk.

It’s okay. It works as a simple stepper.
I didn’t use this for about a month and a half after I bought it and it seemed like the screen/counter was working when I first opened the box but it does not track my steps and it just turns off after a few minutes (even if I’m using the machine). It’s very squeaky after a week of use and I don’t know where I put the oil but I’ll try to use another type of oil to see if that helps. I’ll probably continue to use it, but I sort of wish I invested in something a little bit more.

Machine came out of the box ready to use. Foot pedals are wide and comfortable. First day of use was perfect. Quiet and easy to adjust the step height. Second day it started squeaking. Followed the YouTube video to oil and tighten bolts. Squeaking stopped. Third day, squeaking again. More oil and the squeaking lessoned but after 30 minutes it came back even louder. Now, no matter what I do it squeaks. I emailed support but have not heard back. Will be returning as the noise is so loud I can hear it thru my headphones. The longer you’re on it, the louder it gets.

This is a great exerciser for small spaces. It gives me more of a workout than the apartment stairs. My only complaint is it squeaks and I haven’t found anywhere that oiling would help.

This stepper is exactly what I was looking for. It’s small enough I can put it in the corner and it is out of the way. It is super sturdy and the whole family has been using it. I get my steps in while watching my favorite show, it counts calories, steps, and time for you. The resistance is also adjustable. Over all I’m satisfied with how easy it is to use and love the convenience of getting in a quick work out in on my own time.

This was super easy to get set up and going. Works amazing. Easy to use, counter helps keep track of steps and calories burned. This works. Within minutes you can feel it in your muscles. Machine makes the steps smooth, you can adjust the resistance. I’ve recommended this for coworkers and friends. It’s quiet, so when my toddler is napping I can use it without worrying about waking her. It’s sturdy, doesn’t move around as it’s being used.

it worked great the first few days, then started squeaking. wasn’t too bad or loud until the next day, then it got really loud. putting the oil on it worked for about five steps and then it got even louder. would have been 5 stars but the noise makes it 1 star
