I wanted one of these for years and this was a great deal! I like to zone out and knock out an hour on this machine at whatever pace I’m feeling up to that day. It’s quiet when I’m on level 4 or lower. In my video review, you can hear how it starts to get noisy at level 5. I went up to level 7 so you can really hear how noisy it gets when you go up higher in levels. My real only complaint is that I’m a women’s size 7.5 and my whole foot cannot fit on the step, my heel hangs off. From what I understand, your glutes are targeted best when you can use utilize using your entire foot on the steps, so it’s a bit of a bummer. Also sometimes, I swear the speed changes even when I don’t change the level. It will just get slow for a second or two and then pick up again. It happens in the video I took. Still a great workout that always works up a crazy sweat. This was shipped to me without the cup holder, but the amazing customer service team helped me and shipped one out for me, as well as gave me a small credit for the inconvenience which was greatly appreciated. Shipping was easy! The shipping company called me to schedule everything and they were prompt. I had a great experience overall. I will update my review if anything happens.

Overall very satisfied. I have only used it once for 30 minutes, but so far I am pretty impressed. Assembly was pretty easy. Machine is suprisingly quiet and is pretty smooth. I can watch videos on my phone while on the machine and the machine is not noisy at all. Only complaint is the plastic steps do flex a little bit in the center but I am 270 pounds so that is understandable. I plan on using this machine 3-4 times a week for 30 minutes each time. Will update review in a few months for a longer term review. One thing to add is the shipping company(Pilot Freight Services) they use for freight is not the best. Came 5 days later than the estimate. Tracker never updated. Shipping company had zero communication. I was one day away from getting a refund from Amazon then the delivery driver showed up with no prior communication. They were supposed to call ahead of time to verify that I would be at my house. However the shipping company does not reflect the product itself or product quality, so as of now I would still rate it 5/5 stars. Will update after a few months of regular use.
Update- Machine Still going strong after almost a year. Paint is bubbling in some areas and some minor rust spots are starting to show. The paint and hardware are not very rust-resistant. All in all it still functions without any functional flaws and as of now the rust is just cosmetic.

So when I first saw it I was impressed. It seams sturdy enough. I’m 165 pounds and held up well. The price is pretty good. The issue is the safety. The chains are exposed on the sides so if you wear laced shoes and you get caught, it’ll definitely hurt you. Also there’s no kill switch in case of emergency. Since this isn’t built with safety in mind I’ll have to be the one who takes extra precautions to make sure it’s safe for the whole family. Including my two kids who like to get into everything.
