The company did an amazing job communicating delivery and arrival of the item! Upon arrival it was perfectly packaged and relatively easy assembly. My husband and I were able to move it! Machine works perfectly!!! I have used it everyday since I got it and it’s amazing!!! I love that the stairs lock into place when the machine is stopped or off. It has multiple step up points to get on and off. The changing of gears is smooth and fast. Would absolutely buy again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is my very first and possibly last ever review I’ve submitted on Amazon. I read reviews for almost everything I order, I just never have the time or feel compelled enough to write one myself. That said, this stepper from GMWD is next level awesome. It wouldn’t turn on upon assembly which was almost certainly my fault in severing the power wire while bolting down the podium. Thankfully their customer service reps Grace and Lydia had my back and were extremely responsive and helpful. As soon as we diagnosed the issue, they not only sent a replacement wire but also gave me a small credit just…in…case the issue wasn’t of my own doing (which it was). Great company to work with and ever since receiving the replacement cord, it has been such a workhorse piece of equipment. My wife and I plus all three kids use it all the time and absolutely love it. I would give the entire experience 6 stars if that were possible!!!

Great purchase, have used the product every day for 1 month:
– Shipped in solid crate and delivery crew delivery was very professional with scheduling and the drop off
– Solid, weighs about 500 lbs so no shaking or movement at all while using
– 10 speed levels that easily cover slow and steady up to running up stairs..level 6 is pretty much jogging up steps
– Not loud – can easily talk while using (if you have the breath)
– Multiple programs that change speeds based on your desired goal
– EXCELLENT safety features, no concern of pets are kids being near the unit. Stops if you step off or get too low on the bottom step.
Basis for 4 vs. 5 stars – the touch panel is a little sensitive, but can be easily worked around – just be careful what you touching when working out.
– I would absolutely purchase again, but this thing is a tank so I dont expect I will ever need another one.

I like stair climbing machines in the gym. Always wanted to have one in my garage. But the price was too high. I couldn’t afford one. But with the price of this machine, I could afford and bought one. It works nicely. It even has a safety infrared accident prevention. At first, I was blocking the infrared and the machine didn’t work. I thought I bought a junk. I emailed the manufacturer and they replied in a day saying I had to clear the infrared. Top value machine!!!
