Very study and is a nice cardio workout, I’ve been using everyday for 30 minutes since I got it 2 weeks ago and I already feel a lot better energy wise! It very quiet and I’ve been holding weights while working out and I think that been helping ramp up the exercise, the arm bands are nice they just don’t have a lot of resistance if you’re looking for a harder work out

The mechanism provides very little vertical travel, as the shaft of the adjustor is too short for more than minimum travel, about half a standard stair step. As the hydraulic warms up, which does not take long, the required effort is reduced, and any stretch in the cable will only decrease the step height. There is plenty of length on the shaft that attached to the roller, but insufficient on the adjustor. I have it screwed in to the stop.

I recently purchased this mini stepper and I love it. The setup was very easy. The are different levels of resistance for you based on how much you can manage. I decided to start basic. You can also track your calories and the time spent. I’m having fun using it and can’t wait to see the results. I definitely will recommend it.
