This device has not only helped my own hands, but also the hands of my boyfriend and coworkers! My boyfriend & I use this literally every day — and I think he uses it more than I do at this point haha. I brought it to work and I was able to help out my coworkers who are dealing with the same hand & wrist pains. It think it provides so much relief and it’s definitely worth the money!! I love how it works when it’s plugged in and when it’s not! It’s so accessible. I also adore how it has different settings for the compression, as well as allowing you to turn off the vibration and/or heat! I just wish there could be a feature to increase the intensity of the vibration as well.

Unlike another one we tried, which had no real massage to it at all…. this one fits tighter around the hand and does create various areas of pressure which do simulate a massage. Unfortunately, my husband felt the pressure waswas too uncomfortable so we returned it

What a relief. Relaxes my hand especially when I am having tremors. Intensity is perfect, I use the highest setting and there is plenty of compression. Heat is fine, not overly warm but works well enough. Seems solidly built and I use it 3-4 times a day. I get about 50 minutes of use per charge and takes about 1.5-2 hours to charge. Over all, money well spent

When I used it at my desk, I loved the heat, compression, and vibration, but found the vibration to be loud because the massager was placed on my desk. Once I started using it at night, placing it on the arm of the recliner reduced the noise considerably, and even made me enjoy the noise, since now it became a relaxing humming sound. All the features work great, and the massager is relaxing and makes my hands feel better. I also love that it’s wireless and uncomplicated to use.

My unit has strong compression, mild vibration and little to no heat. It does not treat my thumbs at all. It only treats the top part of my fingers. There is no treatment between my knuckles and the top part of my hand. This doesn’t really massage, it compresses your hand and wrist in a preset program. It will compress your fingers, then your palm and then your wrist, it takes about 10 minutes for each hand. At the end of the day my hands hurt from holding a mouse and a phone in my hands all day. I guess this helps, I’ve been using it daily since i received it. It wasn’t expensive, so I think it is worth what I paid.

This is the best thing I ever bought myself for self care. Joints aren’t so stiff. Heat option is wonderful. Also charge it up and take along where needed. No need to stay glued to outlet.

Loved this hand massager as long as it worked. Held a good Charge, felt great on my hands, BUT … Just died 10 weeks after purchase. I have already purchased a foot massager from the same company as a gift, but considering returning it unopened if it only lasts a few months. Anyone else have this experience? UPDATE: increasing from a 2 star to a 3 star ..just got the replacement …Snailax was responsive to the issue and offered a refund or replacement. Since I liked the unit I opted for the replacement. in came in 5 days and works well. free return and replacement. I will add another star to this in a few months if this unit lasts longer than the first.

Contacted the seller when heat feature didn’t work and they immediately sent a replacement. No fuss, no muss! Very impressed. The other functions of massage and compression helped the numbness from carpal tunnel. Good product. Will update this review when receive the replacement. When the second unbit arrived within a few days, it works perfectly. Such great relief from carpal tunnel. I use my hands much more now for evryday chores and keyboarding. When I get sore, I use my massager to feel better 🙂

This product does not massage. A balloon bladder inflated and deflated very noisily pressing against your hand as it does. It was awkward and bulky. It was definitely not relaxing. I returned both of them.

The product works really good. They send you a little card telling you you can extend the warranty from one year to three years. If you go to the Facebook site like it and message them. Here’s where it gets complicated there’s several snail lax sites and when I message the one, it tells me that only if I bought it in Singapore and then when I go to the link that they gave me there’s problems with that link and it won’t let me message them so good product not sure what’s going on with the warranty thing seems to be a bit of a run around, so I’ll see if they monitor these comments and reach out to me.

So far my brother loves it, I bought it to help alleviate his aching hand. He says it feels good and the massager being battery powered is nice since he can bring it anywhere in the house. plus it comes with a 3 year warranty so I’m hopeful that it lasts.
