This smartwatch was purchased as a replacement for another that provided me withfeed back that allowed me to monitor my blood pressure and other health data. It charged quickly, was easy to set up, and provides a accurate updates while requiring very lttle power. The battery seems to last a very long time.
The silicone band that came with this watch looks good and is not sticky like so many I’ve seen on other brands. It’s coated with a non-stick material that allows me to easily and quickly attach and position in a comfortable way. It is very attractive and has several different deals to choose from. Overall, this is much better finish and quality than I expected.

Amazing watch! It’s lightweight, multifunctional, and incredibly comfortable to wear. Syncing with my phone was effortless, and I love the wide variety of customizable watch faces available. The accompanying app is intuitive and user-friendly, offering great features like meditation and breathing exercises, along with diverse workout programs. Overall, a fantastic device that enhances both my daily routine and fitness journey. Of course, it’s important to note that while this watch offers useful health features, it shouldn’t be considered a replacement for specialized medical devices designed for precise health measurements.

Overall pretty good watch. Time keeping, automatic update when synchronized with the smartphone app all work well. Very compact compared to my previous watch. As far as fitness tracking, heart rate and O2 sats are pretty accurate (after the first few readings). Blood pressure readings reads a little low compared to a blood pressure cuff. It would be nice to have a manually entered adjustment field so that it can be more accurate. The Play button does start and stop the music play app on my phone. A few cons: while I’m browsing at my computer in the evening with my left wrist hardly moving, it says I’m sleeping when I’m still awake. So it tends to overreport sleep obtained. The rubber wristband tends to leave my wrist a bit red. So I definitely can’t wear this full-time (often taking it off at night which defeats the purpose of sleep tracking). I have found that putting a little bit of olive oil between the wristband and my wrist (the redness being a somewhat common problem with digital watches) seems to provide an irritation barrier. The remote shutter feature doesn’t seem to work with the Samsung camera app but I can live without that. I might try to find a leather or metallic band for the watch and see if that helps. For those who say the difference in distance between this app’s distance tracker and a phone’s distance tracker, the difference may be attributable to not entering the correct value for your steps. Take the phone’s distance divided by the number of steps taken to get the average stride length and then enter that into your profile. Now the results should be pretty close.

Overall it’s a nice fitness tracking watch which I would recommend.

A lot of quality for a very affordable price. Very easy to use fitness watch. A bright interface
with a lot of options. You can change the look of the Home Screen by using the dial. At a glance,
I can see where I’m at for my daily steps.
Then, swiping up I can utilize the other functions. Steps, blood pressure, heart rate, exercise (capable
of tracking 100’s of exercises). sleep monitor. I haven’t used the sleep monitor or the camera function as of yet. This Smartwatch is excellent, designed to support active lifestyles. The sleek design and build make it easy to wear all day.
    I would recommend this watch

I have been using this watch for about a month now, and I am very impressed. The five star ratings this watch has been receiving this one of the reasons I bought it, and they are very justified. Previously, I had been using the Wyze watch, which I like very much, but it did not have a blood pressure monitoring function which I really wanted to have as I am getting older.

I had tried a different inexpensive health monitor smart watch previously that was supposed to give blood pressure readings, but most of the health monitor readings were way off and not consistent at all. So that one was sort of a waste of my time/money. The Android app for that watch was also not very useful, and it also had less than a 3-star rating. Remember: The app for a smart watch is something you should always be sure to check BEFORE buying this type of watch.

This watch uses the Da Fit app which is quite good once you learn to use it, and it seems to work perfectly with this new watch. All of the health functions of this watch seemed to work rather well. The blood pressure monitoring function has to be initiated manually, but that is not a problem for me. It is rather easy to do both on the watch and in the Da Fit app. Of course, the blood pressure function does not exactly replicate the usual cuff blood pressure reading simply because it uses a different type of sensor system. However, it is reasonably close when compared with my very reliable wrist cuff blood pressure monitor. The blood pressure readings also tend to go up and down in accordance with my exertion levels – as expected. I generally take my blood pressure readings 2 or 3 times per day, and the Da Fit app keeps a nice record of those readings for me.

I also use the Da Fit app to tell the watch to collect my blood pressure readings every half hour, and that works very well. As for sleep monitoring, this watch and the Da Fit app do a pretty nice job. I do like the Wyze watch sleep monitoring function a little bit better, mainly because this watch will think you have woken up, and no longer track your sleep, if you get up and go to the bathroom during the night.

The watch step counting function seems to be based primarily on your arm movements, so if you’re using an exercise bike or a treadmill wear your arm isn’t actually moving much while you’re exercising it just won’t to count that exercise as steps (but shaking hands or stirring a pot does) count). For me this is a minor problem, but if you want to keep an accurate track of your daily step count, you may want to consider using another device.

As an added bonus, the seller also offered a gift of two addition watch bands (serval different styles to choose from) as alternatives to the standard plastic band – which I appreciated. And last but not least, this watch has been running for a full week before the charge level goes below ‘half’. What is not to like about this smart watch for such a reasonable price!
