Connectivity was very easy. Nice size watch. Def. A value for your money. You can change the screen, set your gender, weight, height, birthday. Easy to use and figure out and set up. You can play games on it, they has a breathing stress and sleep calming option, it keeps track of your blood pressure and steps. You can set alarms on it and receive phone calls and texts through it. It’s actually very handy.

A helpful tip for Android users: the watch syncs easily with Google Fit, which makes it super simple to keep track of my progress. If you’re an iPhone user, the app is smooth, so no worries there either.
The battery life is decent…I usually get around 5 days on a single charge with moderate use, though it does drain faster if you use the call feature a lot. One little tip to extend battery life is turning down the brightness when you’re indoors and keeping the fitness features off when you don’t need them.

Pros:I liked the fact that the setup was easy. You can answer calls and see text messages. You can setup up to 8 contacts to store on the app for the watch. You can change the face to your preference with many different options. It will track heart, blood pressure, steps, and monitor sleep. I also like having the weather right there without looking at my phone. Cons: the contacts only stay in the app if your phone is near and disappear when it is not near, so you have to go through your setup for the contacts again. The watch stopped working when I got a little water under the face of the watch. I assume it is because there are sensors there to track your heart rate and blood pressure. Although I did not submerge the watch in water…that little bit of water ruined it. I am not sure if someone sweats a lot if they would have the same problem. The wristband material is a little warm to wear. This is not something I experience with a metal watchband. The reason I still like it after all that is the low price, and features that don’t come on a normal watch. I am sending mine back for a refund and will order another when I get my refund.
