The smart ring can monitor with a lot of sensors and you can review your health information, sleep and movements in the app. The smart ring looks really good on the finger as well.
The ring has sensors that can determine your temperature, heart rate, blood oxygen level and blood pressure. It also has sensors for your movement and so can track other aspects like sleep patterns, steps. It is amazing that everything is packed in such a small package and can keep track of those things. You will need the app to see what the readings are and you can view them in your phone.
The smart ring has a very cool shiny/matte checkerboard design and it looks really good in the ring. The stainless steel silver color looks good to me and on the finger looks good.
For best results, you’re supposed to put the ring in the index finger. For me, it didn’t fit and only fit in the ring finger. You have to make sure you get the right sized ring and there are the measurements given. I think the best way is to be able to try them on since measuring the fingers and actually the ring fitting are slightly different.
The app is essential to using this and it is OK. It shows the health data and that was all I was interested in. It has other options like taking photos but it asks for lots of app permissions and I just only used the health part of the app. The app can be used without creating an account and so the data would only stay with the phone.
Since the app is proprietary and it is not explained very well, I didn’t know what all the data in the app is and how it works. I want to be able to monitor my health stats at given intervals throughout the day but I couldn’t figure out how to get it to collect the data automatically. I can manually collect the data but it takes a minute or two and you have to do it for the 3-4 different types of sensors. It does track sleep, steps and the graphs all look good. The app could be much more polished and some documentation or details would be clear things up.
Overall, this is a really cool device and you get very good health information from it.

I’ve tried numerous time following the instructions exactly and have not been able to get this ring to work or connect with my Samsung S20 phone. This after charging it for more than an hour. Based on the earlier reviews, I was highly disappointed that this product did not work. Maybe I’m missing a step, but I don’t think so. I am unfortunately returning this ring as an unsatisfied user.

This is an unbiased review of the Smart Ring, fitness tracker. I’d been intrigued by the Aura Ring for a while now, but the price point of that was just not in reach for me. When this ring came up, I was super excited to give it a try. I’m so glad I did. I received the silver ring in a size 9. I was worried it wouldn’t fit since there are only two sizes to order but the 9 fits great on my pointer finger. I’ve been wearing this for a few weeks now and first I’ll say I love wearing it. It is very comfortable. Love the silver brushed checkerboard pattern. It’s an elevated style and I feel important wearing it, which I realize sounds weird. But there is something about it, I’m obsessed just with the style of it. Comes with several options to charge it up. One is a small box with lid and the other is a magnetic cord. Both charge up the ring quickly and the ring stays charged for almost a week without having to charge it! Now that’s impressive. There is an app that is easy to download to my iPhone. The app is pretty basic. It will log my sleep and track the sleep cycle. The ring will also take blood pressure, heart rate, blood oxygen level, and stress level but all of those features require going into the app and clicking on each individual option to have it measured. There is also a sports option to track, but I have not been impressed with that option. There is definitely work that needs to be done on the sports tracking. First I wish it would track steps without having to click into that option in the app. Second I wish there were more options of sport activities to choose from, this is lacking for sure. The app does need to be updated and I do hope that is coming. Overall I do love the ring, the style, the pattern, how it makes me feel. I love that it stays charged for many days. The ring can also get wet and not damage it. This price point is amazing!! I would recommend not spending upwards of 400-500 dollars on one of those other rings especially if you aren’t sure if you will enjoy wearing a ring. This is such a great deal and a beautiful ring at that! I’d give this a 10 Star rating!!
