The material those ball is made of is soft and seems durable. It’s a pain to inflate though. You have to blow it up and instantaneously use the plastic plug as quickly as possible. It might take you a few tries to achieve the density you’re looking for.
The price is a bit steep for what it is. However most other options seem to be in the same general price range. Yay inflation… bu-dum-tsss (pun intended)

Filling this ball was tricky. The plug comes out completely, then you insert the straw and blow. I couldn’t see any other way to do it. Of course when you pull the straw out it’s a race to get the plug in place before losing too much air.
My sister is using this as a rehab tool doing isometric ball squeezes and other simple exercises to strengthen shoulder after fracture. For that limited use its ok.
It’s not perfectly spherical. It bulges out on either side of the center seam. There are also 3 dark spots where the texture feels smoother and I’m not sure if the material is thinner there and may blow out. For that reason I wouldn’t use it where you’re putting your full weight on the ball (during yoga or balance exercises). The surface texture keeps the ball in place during use.
I can’t recommend it though. There were other balls available for around the same price point & it came down to finding ball in a color my sister liked. She picked the green one, by the way.

Very easy to inflate, no need of any extra device to inflate si can carry it anywhere… it does not deflate for days on… I use it for physiotherapy excercises for knees and ankles.. solves the purpose for me

The best thing about this ball, it’s easy to store after use. Easy to inflate for the use of during a workout and then deflate for storage and travel. Inexpensive too. I use the ball for Barre class. Love it!
