I’ve tried a lot of different brands of chocolate flavored meal replacements shakes and this beats everything else by a long shot.

Just adding my two cents to the other reviewers who use, enjoy, and appreciate this product. I’ve used this Slim Fast product about 5 times a week for 7 months and still enjoy the taste. I usually keep it simple: a scoop mixed with about a cup of 2% milk, maybe and add a banana on the side. To get wild, I use the blender and blend it with ice, sometimes with a tablespoon of peanut butter or a few drops of vanilla or mint extract. OK, so I’m not into complicated smoothies, but that’s why this works so well for me. The taste is chocolatey and smooth. It is easy to mix, costs less than the bottled stuff (and tastes better!) and lends itself well to doctoring up when I feel like it..or not.
I don’t use it only for breakfast, though. I have used this as a quick snack in the afternoon when I needed something to tide me over for a late, light supper or when I just did not feel like eating much in the evening.
But, any weight loss regimen needs exercise. Along with the shake, I’ve been using my elliptical. I find that after I drink my shake and spend an hour checking email and other stuff, I feel OK to get on the machine. The shake fills me up, but I don’t feel stuffed, even when adding a banana, and it keeps the hunger away for at least 3 hours. If you plan to walk, run, or hit the gym, and need a light meal, this might work well for you.
I’ve tried a couple of other protein shakes and still like Slim Fast the best- mainly because of the taste. I really do look forward to drinking this (I like chocolate milk!) and the flavor is rich. I nearly always use a spoon (less to wash than a blender or a blender cup) and have little problem with the mix sticking to the side- I just stir it using the side of the spoon and it mixes up just fine.
So, if you are looking for a protein shake, Slim Fast is a great option. You can find other products that cost more, that tout yard-long lists of nutrients, that appeal to gym rats, or claim medical benefits, but I don’t think you will find anything that gives you as a good a value and taste as Slim Fast.

これが痩せる理由、決め手はバランス良く栄養がほどほどにとれるので効率よくやせることができるところだと思います。
以下ちょっと詳しく書いていきますね。
アメリカに住んでいたころ、スリムファストを使い、かなり痩せることができたので、
改めて購入。
バランスのとれた栄養の置き換えなので痩せないことは絶対ないです。
食事を減らすよりも痩せます。
むしろ食事を減らすと、必要な栄養素や筋力の衰えが目立ち、結果長い目でみるととても太ると思います。
内容のバランスがいいので、これを飲むと痩せやすい体になります。
わたしは、便通が悪いわけではなく、むしろ良いほうなので便通が良くても太っているという方も、痩せると思います。
チョコレートがもともと大好きなのでわたしには味も合っていると思います。甘味があり、国産のココアのパウダーになにか入ってるっぽい味がします。
朝ごはんを抜かす人には、是非試して欲しいです。
朝ごはんを抜かすと、昼の食事が一日で最初の栄養摂取になります。
そうなると太りやすくなります。
もちろん朝ごはんじゃなくても、お昼ごはんを抜くことと同じだと思います。
※食事は、抜いてしまうとかえって体に脂肪を蓄積しやすくなってしまうので、痩せる目的でしたら少なめをきちんと3食～摂ることがお勧めです。
また、空腹からバランスのわるい食事にいくより、朝ごはんにバランスのとれたものを摂取してからのほうが良いとわたしは思います。
なので朝ごはんにこれを飲むと摂取バランスがよく、日中の筋肉の使い方も、燃焼にも繋がります。
便通も、更によくなります。
よくあるダイエット食品の、お腹下し気味になるということがおきませんでした。
食物繊維も、それなりにあるので下す方もいるかもしれませんが。。。。
わたしには合っていました。某置き換え系はお腹下すだけで体によくないだろうな。。という印象でした。
アメリカにいたころは、低脂肪牛乳や無脂肪乳、豆乳などで合わせて飲んでいましたが、
今回は普通の牛乳で飲んだので痩せが緩やかです。
アレンジですが、噛みごたえを追加してミューズリーと食べるのもいいです。
ミューズリーとはオートミールやナッツ類のまざったヨーロッパとかで食べられるシリアルのようなものです。
シリアルでもいいですが堅めで、噛みごたえがあったほうがおすすめです。甘味のないシリアルにかけても美味しいです。
水や無脂肪乳ではじめるとかなり減るのが早いと思います。
1日3食食べる方は、1日2食をこれにするとかしたらかなり減りますよー。
長く続けるなら朝ごはんのときだけとかがいいかと。
確実に減るのが楽しくなるのは、夕飯をこれに置き換えることです。変化が大きくて楽しくなりますよー。
ちなみに1日1食でも、もちろん痩せますがこれを試すときは置き換え以外で、プラス2食以上とったほうがいいと思います(健康的で、長続きしやすい)。
これのみだと、水分のみでのダイエットになるので体型や体調は良くなるかもしれませんが、噛むことがないので歯がとても弱くなるのが3日ほどで気づくと思います。ダイエットで歯茎が落ちてくるのは避けたいです。こちらは、ほとんど顎を使わないので顔がむくむこともありそうですね。1食で、すますのなら1日分の栄養素と噛みごたえのあるミューズリーとかがいいのではと思います。
8時間ダイエットもいいと思います。
これを使った1食は、とてもバランスがよいので効率よく痩せると思います。
無理は禁物です。

This is my second purchase of this size of Slimfast. It claims to be 52 servings. I received my fist package on July 31 and began using it that same day. I consumed one serving per day using one level scoopful each day. I finished my first bag today, September 11. That’s 42 days. Today I received my second bag and decided to measure out all the servings to make sure I hadn’t made some kind of error. I measured level scoopfuls, again using the scoop provided in the bag…and it came out to 42 servings. So, Slimfast…what’s up with that.
I love this product and have been using other Slimfast products for years. I’m disappointed that I’m being cheated out of 10 servings.

As someone who habitually struggles with what to do for breakfast, can recommend this as a meal replacement. It is definitely worth importing from the states, I had consumed this at 7am and didn’t feel the need to eat until about 1pm whilst at work!

I love the flavors and results. I’ve lost 44 lbs and continue to get slimmer, feel better, and do not have hunger. I drank two per day, drank plenty of water, and ate a half meal once a day.
I recommend exercising to tone muscles and skin. As you lose fat around your core, you’ll think you’re just imagining, but one day, you will realize that you have sculpted underlying muscles and will feel good about it. Go ahead and get cocky. Show your spouse … who will like it too.
I occasionally mix it with fruit.

My boyfriend and I love this shake!! Such a yummie chocolate flavor reminds us of chocolate milk. It’s filling and love all the vitamins and protein. We have shaker bottles and it mixes well. If you put it in the fridge after making it, it thickens up pretty good. Overall very satisfied and we enjoy our protein shakes together. Great for break at work too!! I usually have a shake and some fruit on break and I’m good until way after my shift is over. So tastes delicious, mixes good, and I was able to lose about 7 pounds so far so I would say it’s working great!!

That said, I’m super bummed out Slim Fast changed the caramel flavor. The Caramel Latte was my favorite – a thick, rich caramel flavor. The Caramel Macchiato is much thinner, much more coffee tasting, much more bitter. Coffee definitely outweighs the caramel, where it was the opposite with the Caramel Latte. I’m so disappointed in it, that I opt for the chocolate, which is rare – I typically prefer caramel over chocolate. I really don’t care for strong, cold coffee, as it tastes more bitter to me than hot coffee. I was hoping it was temporary because I was ordering several 12 packs in my subscribe and save monthly delivery. I don’t taste the overwhelming cold coffee taste in the chocolate flavor, and I prefer its thicker consistency. Maybe it tricks my brain, but it feels more filling than the new caramel drink, the same way it did with the old, thicker caramel latte.
That all said, I buy these because I love the ingredients – 20g of protein, decent amount of caffeine, 5g of fiber (more filling), some fat and low carb.
I used to be a major buyer/fan of Bang Keto Coffee, but they discontinued it in their bankruptcy to streamline and remain in business. Slim Fast has been the closest alternative that I found with the added benefit of vitamins and fiber (just much less caffeine – darn). I have multiple a day and still bought these drinks when I was buying Bang Keto Coffee. I just buy more of these now.
Fingers crossed, Slim Fast brings the original Caramel Latte back as an addition to their new caramel flavor, so we caramel lovers can have our preferred option.
